I had neograft hair surgery done in November 2016. I was told I would have full results by 9 months at the latest and that I was a prime candidate. When I asked prior to the procedure what would happen if it didn't work for me, Jan said "Come back and see me, but we've never had that happen." At the 6 month mark, I went for a follow-up and told them I wasn't satisfied with results. I was told to just wait for the 1 year mark and it would thicken. I came back for the 1 year follow-up and told them I wasn't satisfied with results. I was told again it would thicken by the 1.5 year mark. It isn't getting better as time goes by. I've taken my finasteride and applied Rogaine exactly as prescribed. I feel I've wasted a significant amount of money for a unsatisfactory result. Save your money and find a solution that works. This solution does not work for me. I'd like a refund.

I was scheduled to have a cosmetic procedure done by this practice. They advised me to pay in full 10,500. The day of surgery they canceled, kept it. Erin Shefiled the office manager - charged me 13,000. The day of surgery they said I had high blood pressure and they couldn't proceed. I called asking about my money I paid. That I wanted a 2nd opinion. Erin said they will not give me my Indy back. I contacted my bank which was charged 2,220 and my credit card which was charged 8,000. To explain what happened. Both gave me a temporary credit. Erin contacted both the bank and credit card company with a detail invoice of charges I've never seen. One charge was 7,796. for miscellaneous office charge and canceled surgery fee. Prior to surgery i was not advised of this charge. Prior to surgery I was not advised to have medical clearance I never signed and agreed to pay The Refine Institute 13,000 for a surgery they canceled. So far Erin who is the only point of contact have denied me the ability to speak with the dr. Or the owner of the practice. She explained she handles everything. She send the bank a false statement and invoice. As well as a financial policy I have never seen and is different from The one she gave me. In addition the invoice for the surgery I agreed to pay for she kept and didn't give me a copy. As a result my bank account is overdrafted -800 My credit is also at risk to be ruined unless I pay off that 8,000 placed on the card. I am stressed out because I'm trying to purchase a home and this situation is creating a nightmare in my life. I want a full refund. I am not interested in having any service from the practice and I will like the public to also be aware of what is happening.
