I too worked for this firm for almost 3 years. The first year was really good. However, that changed dramatically in the second year. They would take coverage areas away for no legitimate reason and leave you with an empty work queue. Then when you DID get the work back, it was all very late and then refused to pay for them because they were late. They are notorious for never responding to email or texts - regardless of how urgent the matter was. However, they would take your work if you did not respond to their emails or texts. They reduced my rates without notice because I questioned out-of-area work orders that were 2 hours from me. They took week long vacations and I put in for ONE 3 day weekend vacation (cut short from a week because they needed help in other areas) and then took it all because I NEEDED 3 days off for rest after 2 years of working 6 days. 3 years and WAS NEVER ABLE TO GET ANYONE TO TAKE OVER MY WORK BUT SURE HELPED TAKE OVER OTHERS TO HELP THEM OUT. They have an excuse for EVERYTHING! They are notorious for retaliating against any type of disagreement or questioning - no matter how minor or major the issue. It was like working with a bunch of 5 year olds. The HUGE amount of stress and financial hardship they inflicted is not worth it. Due to their antics, my credit score fell to an embarrassing low number because I could not pay my bills on time any longer. When COVID struck, they owed me $2000 and when I told them I could not complete any additional work until they paid, they took 1 month just to RESPOND to me about it and then another 2 months to only get HALF of what I was owed rightly. I have NOTHING good to say about this firm. They are by far the worst bunch of crooks I have worked for.
Do not work for this company. She is a scam artist, liar, unprofessional by yelling at contractors over the phone. She owes alot of people alot of money and hides behind others to try to be protected while she bashes others for doing exactly what she is doing to contractors. Bad for business, bad for this industry, bad for state of california business regulations, now being reported to california attorney generals office and recently reported to several nationals and hud and fannie mae for non payment to contractors.
I worked for this lady for months and am now owed $5000. She is refusing to pay me telling me her clients have not paid her. This is ridiculous and i have never heard of this before. She does not answer her phone, hangs up when she hears me talking to her. Never answers emails. And from what i am reading on www.Rip-off-report.com and www.Glass-door-review.com,
I am not the only person she is doing this to as well. There are over 8 different people now claiming she has not paid them and for various reasons. I see posts on here about other companies in this industry not paying others, so i guess this is the place to notify everyone about all the companies in this industry who do not pay their contractors. So please be aware of this scam artists, liar, fake name on social media, who is bashing other companies but yet is darker than the ones she bashes with alot of skeletons in her closet when it comes to not paying people.
