I have read other reviews about this Don Fullman guy with PIP Group. I had no recollection of who he was but sounded bad. So being a new investor with The PIP Group, I decided to contact the office. I spoke with Charles Sells the CEO and he informed me that Don wasn't an asset to the company and was let go a few years back.
As a current investor with The Pip Group, I can say this... I am very pleased with their services and I couldn't be happier with the returns! Charles and his staff are always very upfront with how my money is being invested. I always retain full ownership of my investments and I look forward to remaining an investor with them.
I rented a home in Rockford Illinois through this company called The pip group after I suffered a natural disaster and lost EVERY thing I owned Everything seemed on the up and up at first they were promptly repairing things etc.
The first indication that there was a problem was when the BASEMENT FLOODED and acquired about 3 ft of water. The second indication was when garbage company refused to pick up the trash stating that there is a issue with the address and that I need to call the city of Rockford.
I called pip group instead notifying them of what I was told they stated they didn't know what the garbage company was talking about because they pay the bill every month so moving forward. I registered my kids in school and set up bus services and a school investigator came out and said this property is condemned as well as the city of Rockford and placed a condemded sign on the property codes 108 &109.
Pip group stated they didn't know the property was condemded and then gave me a check to move that my bank has now sent to the fraud department to be investigated so now me and My children are homeless due to them and there negligence as realtors...IM JUST DISGUSTED WITH ALL THIS.
Had been considering doing business with this tax lien outfit and the person who owns it, Don Fullman. I always do my diligence when investing and there seems to be a lot going on that should be considered.
A background check has revealed the following about Don Fullman of PIP West/PIP Group:
DRIVING RECORD
Several instances of speeding and negligent driving appear on Mr. Fullman's background check. But what's most concerning is the CONVICTION one year SENTENCE he received for a DUI. Carelessness behind the wheel is not a positive when considering who to do business with. I've seen many people in my life injured or killed by drunk drivers and because of this was quite appalled by the instances of negligence and the DUI.
LIENS on Don Fullman
Multiple records of tax liens filed AGAINST Don Fullman are seen in his background check. Some of the amounts are very small, such as one in Chatham County, GA (REPORT #BK491PG722) for $184. What a surprise to find a person with a Tax Lien Investing Company with a tax lien against him like this. You'd think a person with a Tax Lien Company would be able to pay their own property taxes and/or liens!
Some similar reports were also found:
Chatham County, GA
BK477PG335 ($194)
Cherokee County, GA
Recording Book #226, Recording Page #341 ($1099)
These reports have raised red flags, has anyone seen anything similar on Don Fullman?
