Parking Authority is the towing company authorized by Highline Meadows Home Owner's to tow those who may be parked in a reserved spot. My own car was towed from my own spot because someone thought it was in theirs during a rainstorm. I was never contacted when my car was towed, so the next day before work, I thought it had been stolen and called Arapahoe police dispatch. I could not discuss this issue with Parking Authority when I went to pick up my car, they said I had to just pay the fee, $237, and then take it up with management through their email system. I have been emailing them for over four weeks now and have never received a response. I sent them my property deed to verify that I was indeed the owner of said parking space, and the ticket in question.
The issue has now gone to small claims court. Please take note, this company will not reply to their emails, their customer service is atrocious. Their policy of pay first, discuss later is absolutely ridiculous. If they are going to have that policy, at least respond to customers at a later date when they do want to discuss the nature of their towing. Bad company overall.
