I want this charge off my charge card. I did not order this piece of junk. I want them to stop sending me watches. This is the second one that has arrived.
I got the 2 items I authorized, then 2 more items just showed up so I checked on my Credit card statement and found 5 unauthorized charges, one looks like a monthly billing for $99.99. saw two different billers: focuson-health844965535600000GB and YOURPLACE8446349500 844-6349500 FL 33160 US. I have locked my Visa and am disputing those charges.
I received a package in the mail from this company that I didnt order, tried calling them , was just on hold saying wait for a customer rep, want my money back and no additional charges be made from my credit card account
This ad appeared as a pop up tab when I went into my AT&T Wireless account in January, 2018, to view the charges. The ad said these sunglasses were a thank you gift from AT&T. There was also a watch involved. But...I had to pay the shipping charges, so gave them my credit card. I was billed for the shipping on my credit card, then billed me for $89.99 on my credit card.
In February I received a new pair of sunglasses and incurred another $89.99 charge on my credit card. I realized what was happening and cancelled that credit card, and will be filing charges through Key Bank for reimbursement of the charges. This is a scam using AT&T as a front.
These people should be put out of business and the public should be wary of the recent pop up ads that have begun showing up when you log into your legitimate accounts such as banks, utilities, phone service, etc. They are on separate tabs in your browser so just close the tab. They make it look like you cannot access your accounts without first accepting your free gift(s) from the legitimate concerns.
Anyone would be out of their mind to do business with this company. Through a marketing email I purchased a pair of sunglasses from this comoany as a Christmas present on 12/14, The product was shipped on 12/16 and delivered on 12/22. On 12/28, they charged my account $89.95 for a monthly "membership". There was a 14 day trial period. I belived this was for 14 days to reveiw the product. I WAS WRONG! On 12/29 I contacted the company complaining that the product was no better quailty that I could get at Walmart, that I did not have adiquit time to rewiew the product given that the 14 day trial in fact was from the date I placed the order.
After three phone calls, two hang ups and hours of repeating my compalints to customer service representatives, I was promised a return phone call from a supervisor. No call ever came, so today I called again. This time after 20 minutes repeating my complaint to two additional representatives, They forwarded me to a supervisor. I'd also like to add that they did not note any of my previous complaint calls to my account.
The supervisor, after repeating the exact scripted complaint responces, evntually agreed to refunding 35% of the $89.95, only after I asked for the company information so that I could file a formal complaint with the better business bureau. She provided me with the name and address, but could not provide me with a phone number, and email address, or the name of any corparate personnel or supervisors over her.
Then, here's where it gets really interesting. I began asking questions about what the $89.95 charge was actually for. When I cancelled the "membership", the comfirmation email mentioned that the $89.95 was a monthly charge. My question, if I had not cancelled, what would I have gotten for my $89.95/month. Answer: another pair of sunglasses every month! That the charge of $89.95 was for a pair of sunglassed every month until I cancelled. It was also my understanding was that everything you ordered would be $89.95 per item/per month. What type of sunglasses cost $89.95/month and need replacing every month. The shitty kind you buy at the gas station.
For the most part, I enjoy shopping online. But BUYER BEWARE! Anything that says "Free Trial Order" means that you won't get 14 days to try anything and you are going to get charged. And in many cases, it the product doesn't fit, you don't like it, or whatever, even if you a refung of the purchase price, you will have to pay for shipping and handling on both the shipment and the return shipping costs.
Companys like The Perfecr Style / The Perfect Style Fashion Products are rip off companies that Flash a super low price with an great big Bang in the fine print.
Lead to believe that the first watch was a gift and only paying for shipping. Second watch arrived today. The credit card given for shipping had unusual and serious charges from an unauthorized source. Saw the Yscam on line when i searched for the company. Saved me alot of time trying to "fix" this.
I completed a survey for Costo, for which I am a member. They stated for me being a great customer, I could pay shipping only and receive a Citizen watch. I payed the shipping $6.99 for the watch, then another pop up came up if you pay shipping for sunglasses $5.95 you will also receive a free pair of sunglasses. After I completed the survey, gave my credit card for shipping charges, an email was sent with a $50 voucher for Costco. I took it into Costco along with the other emails and was told it was fraudulent. Their Costco logo was not a match.
About a week later I received a Mans gray Citizen watch, which looked great. My son wore the watch and the second hand came loose on the watch. I then contacted them with the phone number listed on my bank account for shipping. I was told that since it had been 14 days since I had the watch there was a $99.98 charge to my credit card that could not be credited because the watch was not returned with in the 14 days. They said if you read the small print you would see they do not do refunds, you can only chose another item from their website, which you can not access? I said I will return the watch for one the is not broken. They said they do not want the watch back, however they will ship out the same watch. A week later I received a Q&Q Japan plastic watch you could by at the dollar store. I called to let them know this and they said they were out of the first watch, however they would send me out the same watch I was first shipped in black.
These people are awful. Please stop them from doing this to other people.
