Purchased 2 tickets totalling $100 for flower show held the afternoon of 6/8/21. When I arrived, the show was closed. Admittance was refused to all attendees. Since then, I have called PHS by phone; emailed; snail-mailed; and filled out numerous forms. One month later, I am still out by $100.
Will happily accept credit for next year's show or refund to credit card. No response from PHS to attempts to reconcile.
