I had came for a burger, a beer and peace and a few minutes into being there a guy fell off his bar stool backwards literally then literally came over to me and began harassing me, trying to put his hands on me and threatening me. I had not initiated this whatsoever.
I repeatedly said loud enough to be heard by the bar tender "leave me alone" no one helped as should have. They never told him to go home till after i had to stand my ground and kicked us both out but i had not even started to drink anything and had to leave my burger and fries, which was stolen from be by them.
For ten minutes i yelled for help, no one did and no one stopped the man as they should have. They never cut him off officially either. They let him proceed to do as he did to me and when i went to leave before this got out of hand, (and i should not have been asked to,) got right in my face and proceeded to be even more a threat to me.
The people running this place COMPLETELY mishandled this issue and are now accountable for it as charges were filed by me since they refused to call the police when i asked them to and they said they would. Now, i will make sure EVERYONE knows this event and i mean EVERYONE! I did NOTHING wrong, i defended my self at a minimum the law allows within my full rights and the bartender completely mishandled this matter!
I was NOT drinking yet. I did NOT start ANYTHING here but i will finish it by never coming back. This place is absolutely dangerous and everyone should know since the prior owner Jimmy sold it its went way way way down hill and is only getting worse. As far as i am concerned the stole from me here also. This place should be shut down for how dangerous and out of controll it has become.
