Lenny and Tzvia Lorusso are a married couple residing in Maitland, FL and have created a group and have led people to believe they would "get a cut" of the profits once films were submitted to festivals or sold otherwise. Orlando Independent Filmmakers (OIF) takes advantage of child actors with their parents say so, some of the kids don't even want to act but are made too. No money is ever given to the parents as they are each told "they would have to pay everybody if one person got paid but everyone is there for free". As well as editors, directors and make up artists, they were staffed with promises of a little money if there was profit.
