I purchased a tree swing from this company for my Grandson. It came with the wooden seat and rope to hang in the tree. After less than a year, the rope broke in half about ten feet up in my oak tree WHILE my Grandson was swinging in the swing. Thank GOD he was not injured.
The rope and swing were firmly secured and tied according to their directions; so this was not the problem. The problem was the faulty rope. After contacting them about the situation, they did absolutely nothing.
They refused to send me new rope for the swing and did not offer to return my money or anything. They said it was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do. BS! I strongly suggest to never do business with this company. They are unprofessional and sell dangerous products.
