Our server (and then the owner) screwed up with our bill a total of 4 times, in which we had to wait over an hour for them to keep running our credit cards in attempt to get our bills calculated correctly (even though we did the calculations for them and put them on the back of the receipt BEFORE handing them our cards) - one of our friend's credit card got locked after running the card with the incorrect amount multiple times.
Finally we all proceeded to the computer to supervise them running the cards through - the owner kept calling it a 'computer error', when it was clearly human calculations that they were doing incorrectly. When I showed my frustration, the owner angrily said to me, "You think we want to do this? This is a computer error!". I have never been treated so rudely by restaurant staff, ever. (Then again, I have never had any restaurant run my card incorrectly 4 times.
No apologies from the restaurant at all.
A week after I left a negative review on their Facebook, the owner (Wally D'Agostino) messaged me privately on Facebook not to apologize, but to attack me and my group, sending a racist and discriminating message. This is was his message:
"Thanks for the review, maybe if some spoke English in your group, this is America, learn how to speak the language!!! You all were rude and very loud and very demanding".
