Worse still I had it taken t a jeweler 1 seemed to think the stone was glass, the other said a semi precious stone NOT A SAPPHIRE and definitely heat treated. The jeweler commented the workmanship and metal was out of CHINA.

Recently I bought a Pad from The Natural sapphire Company www.thenaturalsapphirecompany.com ; I had saved its images as available on there web-site before buying . I have all of her lies and deciet in writing as we created my ring over the net and all my concerns were responded to and quashed via email.
I regret buying my stone set in a ring sold on their web site. The ring and stone ordered look completely different as that which is described in their images. My ring and so called natural stone cost $3600 AUD BIG MISTAKE.
When it arrived the value stated on the package stated $150 described as costume jewelry. When I questioned this they said this was essential "to save importing taxes and fees" ripping off the government too.
Well to make things worse I opened my ring examining it closely I noticed my sapphire looked nothing like what I ordered in colour, the actual setting was nothing like the one I ordered VERY POORLY MANUFACTURED. I ordered square I got a somewhat square oval which is out of proportions some sides more rounded then the others its quite obvious to the wearer trust me.
The four prongs which hold the stone in tact you have 3 which are visibly there and holding the stone and the fourth which is barely visible and paper thin can be bent out by had. Such a poorly put together piece of CRAP but I wear it because this is the wedding ring I choose my husband had his doubts all along but I insisted.
Worse still I had it taken t a jeweler 1 seemed to think the stone was glass, the other said a semi precious stone NOT A SAPPHIRE and definitely heat treated. The jeweler commented the workmanship and metal was out of CHINA.
I will save up and get it reset I dont want to find out any more news on the rubbish I have purchased so I will not take it to a gemologist for more disappointment. I wish this site was available before I purchased my ring, when I looked for reviews on this company prior to purchase I only found one on the BBB accredited website which rated them as A+ sooo grossly incorrect. Since them I have found the NSC flogging their jewelry on ebay I wish I had brought my ring through the NSC via ebay because ebay have a return policy which the company would have to add hear to and I would be entitled to get my money back. and buy something decent/ real elsewhere maybe a walk in store.

Recently I bought a Pad from The Natural sapphire Company www.thenaturalsapphirecompany.com ; I had saved its images as available on there web-site before buying . When the stone arrived I was shocked to see a totally different color stone ; on close compare with photographs and the actual stone it was very clear that NSC had used lighting effects and image manipulation to enhance colours
When I approached them to return the stone they flatly refused sighting that my computer monitor may have problem and it showed a different color; which was completely untrue

We have also observed lot of self-generated publicity this company has created around Kate Middleton's sapphire engagement ring and so called replica of the sapphire ring
