This business used deceitful practices through lies and poor customer service to effectively waste my time. I called ahead to have an exhaust repair done on my truck because I was short on time and I had my toddler daughter in my care. I asked specific questions on 1) If they can handle the job, 2) how much the job would cost and 3) if they had time to complete the job on that day. I talked to someone on the phone and they said they needed half a day to do it, it was 1 pm, so I said well there s half a day left and if I come now can you do It? They said yes. The representative gave me a ballpark estimate and said for an accurate estimate they would need to see it. I told them I would leave right then and there and head over if they could take it in now, I also asked if they had anything on the rack and if they had anyone waiting. They replied that they have one on the rack that is being wrapped up and will be gone before I got there and that no one was waiting and I could get in. I hurried over to this shop, arrived in less than 15 minutes, and pulled up to the bay where no one was there. I got out and checked in with the office and they said that someone showed up before me and instructed me to park out in the side lot. I told them my child is in the truck and reminded them I was short on time like I told them before they told me to come down. I reminded them that I had called ahead and they told me I was up next. Then the manager took a really poor attitude and told me too bad and that they would take the guy who pulled up right before me any ways. I then asked well where does that put me as far as time, do they now have enough time to complete the job, and how long are they expecting me to wait. They told me the new wait was now over 2 hours, then they demanded I move my truck away from their bay door. I told them that that isn't cool and that I rushed over because they told me that they could get me in if I got there ASAP. This shop was deceitful about being able to get my truck in, they wasted my time by having me drop everything I was doing to get in there so they could complete a job that they were not able to complete, they treated me with absolutely no dignity or respect. They went through their database and PUBLISHED my past transaction with their shop ALL OVER THE INTERNET. Without my CONSENT, they published the date/time of my last transaction with this shop, the MAKE AND MODEL of my truck, and the AMOUNT I spent with them. They mishandled my business and MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. These are not business practices of a professional business.
