On 4-8-2016, a verbal and written agreement was entered into with Revon Craig d.b.a. The Motorcycle Man. The agreement was the 2007 Harley Davidson Screaming Eagle CVO would be displayed in the place of business until 6/18/2016 on consignment. Mr. Craig was told that the motorcycle did not have a clear title and the proceeds of the sale would be used to pay said motorcycle off. In the interim the monthly payment to Harley Financial Services (i.e. first lien holder) would be kept in good standing as well as the insurance payments. The motorcycle was eventually sold on 5/18/2016 for $13355.50 without notifing myself as the owner.
Mr. Craig was contacted via telephone on 6/2016 to check on status of the motorcycle. It was at that time that I was told by Mr. Craig that he had sold the bike. At that time Mr. Craig also told me that he did not have the $10000.00 per our agreement from the proceeds of the sale. As of this date Mr. Craig claims he used my proceeds of the sale for his personal use. Continued efforts to contact Mr. Craig by myself and wife has proven to be useless. Legal civil action is in progress. As a side note to this report the payment to Harley Financial Services is continuing to be made monthly as well as the insurance.
