The Moore Law Group took over a Discover bank card debt of some $400 and turned this into a $15K judgement against my home property. I continued to make my payments to Discover Card back in 2005 but then all of a sudden I get a letter from this firm (Moores Law) and they were unreasonable and unwilling and they also went into my personal checking account and drained money fropm that, then they filed a judgement in which it was past the date that i could do anything about it with the couyrts and then recently Sept2016 they once again renewed another judgement against me all for a $400 deiscover card debt,inwhich I was doing my best to pay off, it has been a nightmare and impossible to talk to these people on the phone because they work on fear and intimadation.
I would like some help as to clean up this mess and how to pay and remove this judgement that is on my property I can't even begin to know where to proceed any advice would help. I have taken in my mother to live with me as she can no longer care for herself and could no longer work outside of the home because she needs around the clock care, however i do have steady income working as her caregiver and would like to repair my credit that the Moore Law firm ruined and pay this debt so I can make a purchase for a wheelchair accessable van to transport her in.
