The Montecito Reviews
I lived there for almost two years. & nbsp; It was beautiful, peaceful and management was helpful.
All that changed drastically for the worse when new management was hired.
Construction on the pool when tenants would want to use it most. & nbsp; Failing to address concerns repeatedly raised over the phone, then came the parking debacle. & nbsp; All the sudden they want parking passes in all tenant vehicles, they assigned parking to tenants, but not for all of their vehicles - only some of them. & nbsp; The additional vehicles were given parking permits but were also given an assigned spot. & nbsp; There are several parking signs that say & quot;community parking & quot; and, in the time I resided there, those community parking areas were available to all tenants without prior reservation. & nbsp; Meaning, whomever parks there gets the parking spot.
All the sudden spots that used to be community parking were assigned to tenants by the Management but they failed to also tell any of us other tenants which spots we previously used as community parking were now private parking spots. & nbsp; A notice was sent on December 15, 2022, and by December 16, 2022, vehicles were being towed. & nbsp; At least 20 so far that I know of. & nbsp;
I seriously doubt tenants paying $4,000+ per month for rent just cannot figure out where to park without being towed unless the parking situation was set up to be confusing and appear to allow management to two numerous tenant vehicles. & nbsp; But they set it up like this to be able to tow vehicles while keeping tenants confused and essentially force them into purchasing another parking spot.
What kind of managment company operates in such an abusive manner toward the tenants? & nbsp; This is just one of many absurd situations that required relocation. & nbsp; If they get rid of the Management company I would sincerely recommend living there. & nbsp; Without change in Mangement I implore you to STAY AWAY.
