Charged me escrow shortage monthly fees by claiming I had no money in escrow when in fact they had the escrow money. They would not help me what so ever with this error and refused to saying I owe the escrow. after having to take matters into my own hands I found out they were sent the escrow from my previous bank but failed to update their records.
I had to conference in my lender and my previous bank with TMS to get them to correct this issue. Otherwise they refused to correct the issue. Continued to threaten me to make the almost double payment until this was resolved. My escrow account has been an issue the whole time wth this company and I am constanly sending extra payments to resolve. Terrible accounting and managemnt.
The broker and his cohort kept promising me the loan was set for closing, even though no one named could be there, (at the closing), which would negate the clsoing at all!

I have made all of my escrow payments for home insurance.the money source has not paid my insurance co.i am about to lose my home owners insurance
