I visited this shop in order to repair an overheating issue with my vehicle, and the process took nearly one month to complete the repair. On top of this recent issue, I initially came in contact with this business regarding an issue with the motor responsible for moving my driver side seat. I asked if I could have the seat inspected, and after only coming outside for a brief moment and testing the seat controls, I was charged $30 for a mechanical inspection that simply confirmed my assumptions about the seat adjustment failure.
Overall, I am disappointed in my experiences with this business, and I feel that I have been overcharged for an underdelivered service. I understand mistakes may happen but having such a colorful history with this establishment is extremely discouraging and frustrating, and I will likely not be returning for service in the future.
