Almost 2 years ago I received a phone call from Final Cut Productions informing me of an investment opportunity with Charles Matthau the son of the famous Walter Mattahu. The name of the film is Freaky Deaky. I listened to the pitch that they gave me and told them I would do my research and call them back. My research revealed that this was true and I called back and asked the salesman to speak with Mr Matthau personally before I made an investment. The salesman was over bearing with pressure for me to commit to the investment if I were to talk with MR Matthau.
After immense pressure and what proved to be false promises and lies of huge profit I relented and committed to investing $240,000 in his film. Mr Ross Angel assured me he would call back with Mr Matthau available to talk to me but, first he had to take it to his executive producer for approval.
3 days later I received a call from Mr Angel and he put Mr Matthau on the phone. MR matthau was very believable and assured me that my investment was safe and that the movie was going to be made at the cost of 40 million dollars. I asked him if he was associated with Final Cut Productions and if he had sanctioned them to solicit investments for his film and was associated with the company. He said yes and assured me that they he and they were honest people. I was promised that the film would be finished and in Theaters by June of 2010 and my money plus 25% would be returned to me by September of 2010. As of now I have not received anything back and have been given one excuse after another. Now none of my phona calls are being returned and MR Matthau . Further research has revealed thas moved out of his Brentwood, CA office .MR Matthau and Final Cut Productions have had multiple complaints filed against them with state and local agencies. Also I discovered that MR Charles Matthau has been sued multiple times in Los Angeles Superior Court for Breech of Contract and Failure to Perform. I have also discovered that every one of his movies has been a complete flop and failure and lost millions of dollars to the people that trusted him. Two of the biggest losses were "The Grass Harp" and "Her Minor Thing". I have contacted many credible Hollywood Directors and producers who all said the same thing. He is the worst unprofessional director they have ever seen and would never work with him again and he uses other peoples money to finance his pipe dreams and fantasies. This is a man whos net worth is somewhere in the vicinity of 300 million dollars. How disgusting is that?
