This is the worst HOA management company in the world. I don't even understand why they would care to response to yelp reviews and yet when I contact them they acted extremely rude, especially CHRISTIE ALVISO and ANNE DAVIS. 2 most useless people on earth!

They only want to appear good online but in reality they don't care. They shouldn't be in business when they cannot even do the most basic thing in managing a company. If you want them to fix something, it will take over a year and still not fix. Endless excuses. Shame on them. But I guess they don't care.

This is not just a bad company, it is the WORST. Please, do yourself a favor. Don't do any business with them. they are USELESS! IRRESPONSIBLE FLAKES!

They even have two profiles on yelp to try to get their ratings up and yet it is still very very bad. Another indication of their unethical practice.

Update: this dishonest company attempted to remove my reviews because they have two profiles. So i am leaving this review to their Cerritos location only. The other profile also have really bad reviews. And even removing my review will not save them from their BAD ratings!

Look at their yelp reviews. They are a disaster!

I submited an insurance claim to my property management company for water damage. The companies contractor came to my place and after looking at the damage he personally denied the claim on the spot. I then emailed the management company and asked for a copy or a letter of determination from the contractor as well as the insurance company, whom I have no idea who it is, they wont respond. and after 6 months and multiple emails they have never responded to my request or send me a letter.

We no longer are able to vote for our board members. This was a separate question I had for the management team since I felt that our board was not meeting the needs of the community, I was told that the board members are selected by the President of the Board, and when I inquired who then selects him, I never got a response, its been over 6 months I have written multiple times.

I have contacted The Management Trust about 20 times requesting repairs for things that should be done according to the contract, peeling paint, broken fences, garbage overflow, and more I never get a response. It took me over a year to get a leak fixed that was coming from the President of the board's unit to mine and I had to hire someone because the contractor they sent said he couldnt find a leak even though there was water dripping from the ceiling light, and I found later his tenants were living on black mold and water soaked flooring which was coming from their refridgerator for over a year.

3 very large cedar trees were cut down they claim they were dead, but they were not, I have asked to replace them, trees that blocked my unit's bedroom window from the street view and also sheilded from afternoon sun. I have asked for the report from the arborist stating what disease the trees had, because there are many of these trees on the grounds, I was curious why these were the only ones "to die" however I never got the trees replaced or a response about the arborist report. Trees add value to a property when I purchased this particular unit it was because of the trees I selected the one I did.

I have asked multiple times for the Ombudsman or the legal dept and the insurance company names I have gotten zero response. There are many more issues I cannot name them all here.
