Mr noonan will be nice and his wife,until the lease is signed. i paid my rent in full on 12 mth lease,never late nor probelms.
gave my notice cuz i bought a house,than the threats started with mr noonan and his wife.all of a sudden i was a problem cuz i was leaving,he stated that he would ruin my credit,had my vehical towed from my praking spot,said i was parked in wrong spot,told me id neverget my renters depoist back,threand my girl friend,she was not allowed to be there,nor spend the night.what a living hell with this joker! his time will come. he kept my deposit and took me to court,i showed and i beleive the judges ih heen county are tired of this guy,cuz judge ruled in my favor,ha,ha noonan.
mr noonan expects most people not to show at court,than the judge has no choice but to give the slum the victory!
him and hers will pay sooner than later for wasting my time,bad move noonan!!!
