I ordered an NWHL Minnesota Whitecaps replica jersey for my daughter for $126.99 on December 7, 2018 from the Loyalist. On December 20, 2018, I called the company to check the status of delivery. I did not reach a live customer service representative and the automated voicemail message directed me to e-mail the company "due to unusually high call volume." I e-mailed The Loyalist on December 20th and received this response the same day:
Hi Faith - Thanks for reaching out. All jerseys ordered prior to 12/9 are still expected to be delivered in time for Christmas. We have upgraded your shipping for the delay, and will follow up with tracking shortly. Thank you for your patience!
Twenty-one days later, I still have not received the item I purchased or a tracking # from The Loyalist. I have made numerous attempts to contact The Loyalist to reconcile this matter to no avail. Since the transaction was done through PayPal, I have requested a refund for item not received. The Loyalist has not responded to PayPal. BEWARE OF THIS SUPER SHADY COMPANY!
