Also HORRIBLE LOW LEVEL CONTENT. Buyer don’t “lose” your money. I could use another name for that.
Payment made on 2-18-2019, funds deducted 2-19-2019 and I am still being asked to pay for my Certificate
Account Number 1032723 has already paid via paypal. Funds were deducted from my account 2-19-2019.
I enrolled in the course 2-14-2019. I completed the course and I know I passed because I have a hard copy of the entire course just to be sure I passed, not knowing I would be able to go back and review. The site would be good if The Logan Group, Int. would provide me my Certificate. I cannot even see my progress without being asked to pay.
Apparently "Integrity" is not in their vocabulary.
Below was submitted on contact page on 2-20-2019, 2-21-2019, I was told via email by William Smith I could print my Certification on 2-23-2019 and it is 2-23-2019 and still I am being asked to pay.

I sent a direct email showing that funds were deducted. Why can't I print my certificate?
Funds were deducted 2-19-2019. In an email you told me to logon 2-23-2019, well it is 2-23-2019 and I am still being asked to make another payment.
Cannot leave a message, however you are listed as a scam site and I have filed with the BBB, "other" and will continue to search out any other sites. Monday I will contact my attorney if I still cannot get a copy of my Certificate.
This company is deceptive. I ordered the online classes online and found out they were not court approved, as they had stated in their ad. They said they were guaranteed but will not offer a refund. Disgusting company. Do not use them for any of their online classes. I am not the only complaint on here about them.
