1. First, it was not clear what law office that Attorney Tim Pittullo and Attorney Jonathon Zitney really work out of. They are listed on Pittullo Esq, Pittullo, Barker & Associates, Schwartzberg & Luther, APC.
2. Attorney Jonathon Zitney markets his services under Attorney Tim Pittullo and Scwartzberg & Luther but his AVVO report is showing Schwartzberg & Luther.
3. All the parties are working out of the same office and while I was referred to Mr. Zitney the other attorney's were trying to get me to retain them undermining the fact I cam to see Mr. Zitney. it was like a pack of wolves and was very weird and uncomfortable. It was actually disgustingly slimy.
4. I reported them all to the California State Bar because of their confusing marketing and how they represented themselves.
5. They were tripping over each other is desperation for my business. Pathetic
6. There wasn't any female attorney's at the Pittullo Barker & Associates firm and both the Sissie Barker and Britani Barker Pittullo were not employed there. I later looked them up and they are in Hawaii. I guess the Attorney Peter Pittullo is faking how many employees he has as it may be just him all by himself. Or maybe he shares cales with Schwartzberg & Luther and they work under that law firm name because of all the negative reviews about the Pittullo law firm. Who the heck knows. It is just weird, weird, weird.
I decided to search the attorney reviews and thank goodness I did. I dodged a bullet...several. There are malpractice cases, arrests, each giving each other reviews which is totally biased and strangely desperate and self-serving since they all work together. I guess they think consumers are really stupid to not see it. It is really funny actually as it is a view into how they work.
Just posting this here hoping other consumers see what my experience was and hope it helps them.
