Sedgwick Claims Management, FedEx Ground Management. and Supervision the QME Doctor who performed the Evaluation but Most of all the Defense Attorney who lied fabricated n falseafied dates and discribed me as a 62 year applicant alleging cumulative trauma which I find discrimination was the worst thing that ever happened to me they don't fight for you in fact I think that are all in cahoots with each other. That's my opinion
So i get hurt at work, i look up workers comp attorney's. Larry h Parker was rated the best. His new slogan should be im the rest go find the best. Everyrhing was good in the first year then it went to s**t after that. I have been in this lawsuit for almost five years. I have 5 bulging discs in my back becuase of this injury which was not treated properly by the doctors in the first place so it got worse. It took them almost 4 years to get a MRI so they new what was wrong. Shouldnt my laywer have made that happen with in the first year of hiring them? They dont return my phone calls and when they do i have to argue with them about them not calling me back. Wheen they do call if i miss the call it takes a week to speak to some one again. When you start asking questions they act so stupid like they have no idea whats going. I now literally talk to them 2 times a year which by the way i have to call them. I went a whole year with out them even calling me. Thier customer service is total garbage. They dont care how your doing doing emotionally or finacially. I told them i could loose everything becuase the employer was cutting my hours. Thier response was what ever money you lost you will get back in the settlement. My reply was so once i getcmy settlement they add lost wages to the total. Thier response was no. Whatever the settlement is accounts for lost wages. So in other words you are not getting paid for lost wages. My job forces my on a LOA wich is a leave of absence, because i declined hier low ball offer of 24,000. Im screwed for life i need surgery on 2 discs out of 5. I have 4 kids to take care of that need me to play with them and i cant. My son asked me if i loved anymore because i cant pick him. My paralegal said that sucks but thiers nothing we can do. Not to mention the fact that i receive disability that i have to pay back when i recieve my settlement, and it doesn't even cover my rent. This is BS. Heres a good one, i have never seen or spoken the the lawyer thats handling my case. I set a appointment to speak to him and it always gets cancled. WTF are you serious guys. I wish some one out thier can help me with this. Do to my injury im very limited on jobs. The only thing that would take care of my families needs would be me owning a business. 4 kids and a disabled wife what else would send my kids to college. Im so limited. I wish i could take larry h parker to court for what they have done.
On April 28, 2016 I was the passenger in a car accident due to someone running a red light and crashing into the back of the car I was in causing my car to run into the back of another car. As a result of the car accident I had back problems and contacted Larry H Parker. Also the car that I was in was deemed totaled as a result of the accident. I attended physical therapy for 6 weeks. At the end of my physical therapy the doctor read me his report which stated that as a result of the accident I would continue to have discomfort in my back. The car that hit us insurance company claimed full responsibility for the accident. Larry H Parker got 4,800 dollars for the accident and are offering to give me two thousand after all fees are paid. This sucks!!! I For all I suffered and went through two thousand is nothing. Larry H Parker Workers did not fight for me as there commercial states. Larry H Parker's representative even told me that the settlement was not fair but that the insurance company was not willing to pay anymore. Larry H Parker rep told me that I had the option taking the insurance company to court and Larry H Parker's staff would prepare me for court but not represent me inside court. I just took the option of thanking the settlement which is penny's compared to the lost that I faced. This was my son's car that I was a passenger in. The car was totaled. My insurance company paid off what the car was worth. I still have a balance of car payments that am paying on the car. I have back problems for the rest of my life. Larry H Parker's Attorney Firm did not represent me fairly at all.
