Cecil E. Ricks Jr. was paid thousands of dollars to represent me and the SOB sold me out. I settled my lawsuit very low so I could be over and done with it and move on. He expressed extreme disappointment with the low amount. He refused to give me my monies upon settlement and defaulted on the settlement. He said that he was now representing the defendant and was very concerned that I was not going to take care of my financial business and that they were going to be sued yet again. He stated that this was to guarantee that my Mortgage got paid. He gave false statement that another attorney did significant extra work and needed more money and was also concerned that I was not going to take care of my business affairs. No attempt was made at paying the financial obligation that he personally guaranteed. There was more than enough money collected to cover it. They made certain that the monies got into their personal pocket and then they just walked away and pled the 5th. This resulted in a major theft of hundereds of thousands of US dollars from myself. In a desperate attempt to cover his butt, he made a statement which would make one wonder which canal his brain was birthed from? He has the integrity and character of a 419 Nigerian Internet scammer. He is only concerned with $$$ and could care less about the individual. Ricks, You're nothing but a rotten, crooked lawyer...supplying the grease to make this s***** organized crime business work.
