I have asked them on several occassions to discontinue sending me these e-mails at this e-mail address. I have informed them that if this were a legitimate claim that they should have my personal information. They also state that I used my employer as a reference, which is a straight out lie. They also claim that I owe a debt. I did have a payday loan with CashNetUSA over three years ago, but the loan has been paid in full since 2014. I want these harrassing e-mails to stop. The Information Systems Division of the State of NM has full access to these e-mails and they can jeopardize my employment with the State of NM.

Alex Matthew, an attorney, from the Lanier Law Firm contacted me about an
alleged payday loan that I owe. According to the email, if I do not contact
him in 24 hours, he will be forced to see legal representation "from our
company." I have already contacted the real Lanier Law Firm to make them aware
of this issue. I searched the website for a Alex Matthew and no such attorney exists.
Also, the email. extensions are different which raises a red flag automatically.
