No integrity or loyalty to customers. I am a loyal customer and today I bought an expensive necklace for my dauther as a surprise. We stepped out of the store and when I gave it to her it didn't fit. We went back in the store after 5 minutes and all they could offer was a store credit. Not a credit on my card
