I placed an order on 10/3/20 and requested expidited shipping. When I reached out to obtain shipping info. I didn't receive a response. I had to send multiple messages through Instagram. Finally someone responded and gave the shipping info. After checking on the carriers website that was the wrong address. When I contated them to let them know and ask for the correct shipping info again. I didn't get a response, then after a few days i get a response. I was given another tracking info... That too was wrong. At this point I feel like this is a scam..
I requested my money back and once again no response... The I get this apoligtory message and a picture of the shipping label...which was finally correct.. Now it's shipping throught USPS.. now for the past 2 weeks the status has been " Pre- Shipping". I have no clue what that means.. But I would think in 2 weeks time this package should be somewhere close. Especially when the website states they are in the DMV area and I live in the DMV area. It wasn't untill I spoke to a rep at USPS that I found out that it's coming from China.
Something that was explained to me at all. I don't have a problem with it, but I have ordered items from China before. It dosen't take this long to get them. I'm even taking into consideration COVID. We are 1 day away from December and I am still waiting for a respond form them and /or my item to come
