After 2 days the job was completed, and I contacted him to get paid. He informed me that he would be leaving town for a few days, but would be back the following Wednesday. I tried to reach him on Wednesday and he said he had to extend his trip, but would be back Friday. On Friday he said he'd be back on Sunday.
I finally spoke with him on Monday, the week of Christmas and was told he could meet me on Dec. 26.
I've been plaing this game now for nearly a month. He no longer answers his phone, replies to texts or emails.
Through all of this, I have met a client of his. Andrew took money from this person, promising him he would do build him a complete web site and online presence, and has don nothing.

We then agreed on him getting another 7 days to work on it and if it's not done then, he refunds me. After 7 days I called him, the website wasn't done and I asked him to cancel. Everything seemed nice, as he said he'll do that right away and later let me know that he had confirmed the cancellation, after which I should allow a few business days for the banks to process it. After 2 weeks of nothing, I called and again he said that it had been done, but I had nothing. After a while I checked with Honeybook (where they payment was made) and there had been no refund processed. It's been 4 months now, I've called him several times and haven't ever received a response.
