Earlier this year I purchased a Hershey's Mr. Goodbar, when I bit onto it i broke a tooth.
I contacted The Hershey Company and was assigned Elizabeth Jones to look into getting my tooth repaired.
At first everything was working out fine as I was told to go to my dentist and get a estimate of the damage.
It seemes a broke some of the porcelain on my tooth.
The information was sent to Elizabeth Jones at The Hershey Corporation.
It took several months and was told that they reminded me they sent my a hundred dollar check as a reward to shut me up, basically.

A great deal of care is used in our manufacturing and distribution processes to make sure that consumers receive quality products. The examination of the product was found to be within normal ranges.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and encourage you to try our products again.

So, basically since I took the hundred dollar check, I'm screwed and out of luck to get my tooth repaored
at over 1200.00.
If you break a tooth by eating a candy bar don't trust The Hershey Company ! Don't except the $100 check !!!
