I recieved a bogus postcard for property inspection by Hanover insurance for the sole purpose of increasing my home owners insurance rates. As well when I had an auto claim with Hanover/Citesens Insurance I was treated very poorly. It was a difficult time made even more terrible by the way the claims adjuster Chip/Justin Voggleweed and his supervisor treated me. I despise this insurance company and will be taking all of my Home and Auto insurance to another insurance provider forth with. So in a nut shell they just lost both of my auto policys as well as my home owners policy. Good going Chip/Justin Voggleweed and supervisor you are both cruddy representative's of this like wise cruddy Insurance Company.
