The Hair Shop in Encino is super overpriced and the quality is very low. I bought the hair extensions and after the first wash the hair extensions tangled severely, frizzed, and became un-manageable. I went to shop to let them know what happened and asked for another hair extensions or at least for them to give me a discount for replacement; they refused to. All the sales representatives kept saying that my hair stylist damaged my hair and the other reason they said it was me, that I did not do good maintenance to my hair extensions. I have been wearing hair extensions for 7 years and I know when I buy good quality of hair. The Hair Shop representative tried to blame it on me or on my hair stylist; they refused to take the responsibility of selling bad quality of hair extensions.
I went to another place to buy another hair extensions. I paid two times less than The Hair Shop in Encino price. Adding to that, I washed my hair extension twice already and they look fine.
