Reservation was made and upon arrival the business accused our group of no showing the day previous. We still aren't sure if this was our mistake or there's. We thought we were booked for Sunday and they claim we were booked for Saturday. They claimed to have called on Saturday but we have no record of that call.

After some discussion the question was brought up of being able to get into another time slot. The lady explained they did have an opening that day but that since we "no showed" the day previous that we couldn't have that spot without paying. She rudely said "no show, no refund!"

We asked if we could go in with a discount? She simply said "no". The entire experience with this lady was very unprofessional. She continued to escalate the situation and couldn't calmly talk to everyone.

She then bashes us on social media. Yes, very professional as I mentioned.

I would like a refund on my credit card.

Despite who made the error I feel that this is a very poor business practice. Also, after doing some research on this company I've learned that they seem to have trouble resolving customer complaints. So as promised I'm letting as many people know as possible.

plz research this company before spending your money with them.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!. You will regret it if there is any problem with your purchase. Purchased one of there robotic pool cleaners. It ran for 10 seconds and stopped. Restarted it and would do the same 10 seconds and stop. They replaced it with new one. The second one would run but only clean one area of the pool not the complete pool as it was advertised. After the second bad pool cleaner I was done. They finally agreed to give a refund but not until deducting 15% off the purchase price, which was $60.00. Customer service was very bad. Will not go back again. I have told others about my bad experience and they are planning to avoid this store.

Bought couch and dual recliner love seats. 3 years later the love seat leather is peeling. Called for help and company and insurance company refuse to fix. Says normal use. We also bought the couch and 2 recliners from the same company and the same thing is happening.

Bought and paid for a new spa in April of 2013 came inoperable after our water ran for 4 hours down the street. Was exchanged for a new one wich the main circuit board, most expensive part on spa, the jets, the pump, the temperature, and there is water leaking at approximatly 1 inch per day. The spa has been serviced but not repaired and now the company The Great Escape refuses to call us back to address the inoperable spa.
