3 THEY NEVER GOT BACK. This is a company of $50 million STEALING CLIENTS Money
I paced an order. After waiting for over 15 days I called as one bought was to be worn on my birthday. I learnt my order was cancelled. I paid with gift card. Anyone in my place would be furious. I questioned. Call center supervisor #susan had no empathy. She said we can offer you $100 gift card in addition to compensate. Now I had over $400 of gift card money stuck with the company. I asked Ms. Susan if I could speak to her member of leadership team. I asked three timesaver she declined stating she was final authority. It’s been over 3 weeks and no one contacted me. I again contacted and #Nelson( call center supervisor ) contacted and said that leadership Dan folger did not work for thegldshop and after their Security team check they will advise me how to use my gift card????? I sent three emails to Nelson on Security team and why Susan sabotaged my order and use of my own gift cards? I never received any response back? I sent an LinkedIn note to Christian Johnson (CEO) ; email; tweeted and contacted him on Instagram. I am yet to receive a response. My gift cards over $400 are stuck with this company due to personal vendetta with call center which provides extremely poor customer service and does not address any concern? This company with supply chain set up from china what’s to grow business from $50 m following these process and using call centers with CEO having no knowledge what’s is going on while sitting in Miami? All they do is blame clients check your bank? Not why deliveries are late; lost in transit ; why no refunds after items sent back( no record at their end ; orders gets cancelled; clients wins no knowledge or intimation of their order or delivery. I have complete documentation on all the above. I challenge this company to prove me wrong or misleading clients?
