In Feb 2015 I purchased hair from the glam shop & when I received the hair it was so beautiful & soft, although it did tangle. I purchased 4 bundles of hair, 28x3 & a 26inch of curly hair. I didn't pay attention to the mild tangles because of the long lengths I had. To make a long journey short, I got the hair installed & took it out 2 days later. On the second day I wore the hair I had to wear it in 2 braids. I could not manage the hair, it was basically PLASTIC. I contacted the assistant or receptionist (her title is unclear) via text & call over a period of months, as they said they would replace the hair because it was a bad batch. She said everyone had complained about the hair & she planned on giving us what we originally paid for. So ..... Over a period of 3+ months I finally from Ceria, the owner & as a business owner I must say her style of business is very unprofessional. She told me that everyone from Feb had received their new hair & that they have my hair away because she "didn't know". Her assistant didn't tell her anything about my hair.... So she says, so they gave my replacement hair away............ Long story short, the hair she ended up giving me after months of chasing her, her assistant, AND going to the shop, is also BAD HAIR . It feels like plastic also. And it was only 3 bunles 26 24 22 .. She gave me the run around when it was time to pick the hair up . She first told me she could possibly have it shipped to me, the she would drop it off @ my moms workplace , then come to her gma house to pick it up, & it was just crazy. Moral of the story, don't buy from her. I wouldn't purchase anything from them. Not even the boutique. The service is bad & ghetto.
