WORST TRASH/RECYCLING SERVICE ON PLANET EARTH! If you have a choice in company to use... stay as far away from these dumpster fires of human waste... as possible! Wish I had the option to give negative stars! The OWNER is a real @$$hole!
They don't pick up recycling after Christmas... the one time of the year most people have extra recycling from opening presents... and this year he has the audacity to tell me "you have too much" when I asked why they didn't pick up all of the cardboard boxes, that we spent hrs breaking down for them to make THEIR JOB easier, after having to store it all for two weeks because they don't pick up recycling after Christmas!
After he knocked over the boxes causing me to have to pick then up... he says "you have a 200 (the next time he says 95) gallon limit!"! As you can see from the pictures, our can is 95-200 gallons and after we jammed all the nicely folded boxes in the can, they fit nicely, but because we don't have a compactor and I didn't want to jump on the stuff, the boxes stick out a little, however there is plenty of unused space in the can for the boxes to fit if we compressed everything!
I would stomp them in, after his rude remarks, but I don't want to punish his employees for the owners poor actions/remarks and horrendous customer service! So instead I'm writing this bad review, to warn people that have a choice, and in hopes of putting this scammer/greedy/human waste of a person and company out of business!
No wonder they have an average 2 star rating... because 90% of people have had terrible experiences leaving 1 star... and the 5 star ratings they do have are most likely the owners friends, family, and people he's most likely paid to write good reviews! Also you will notice that they stopped replying to comments, because they know they dont have a leg to stand on, and are in the wrong!
I would rather throw a little hot sauce on my waist and eat it than use this unethical, rude, and downright deceitful business... but I guess I'll have to take this up with my HOA! Wonder how they will react when I film/record every transaction with them from now on! Long story short... "the garbage man" is just that... garbage!
