Renato De Oliveira, phone: 954-687-5325, the owner of the Leak detection company came by for initial inspection, evaluated the work and scheduled the start date.
As often with most contractors, he shows up, does the job, and wants to get paid, and as agreed, after he stated to me that the leak was repaired, I mailed the check.
The next day after the pool pump ran and the water cleared, I noticed that there was cement all over the bottom of the pool surface.
The workmen had rushed to complete the task and did not protect the surface, as a result there is now concrete all over the pool surfaces, from the deep end to the steps.
When I contacted The Renato De Oliveira (owner: Florida leak detective) about the damage He showed up, apologized and stated he would fix the damage.
Eight weeks later, nobody answers my calls, and no one showed up to correct the damage.
My only recourse now is Sue the Florida leak Detective of Deerfield beach for repairs to marcite that the Florida leak detectives ruined, and warn all consumers about their sloppy work, poor attitude, and total lack of professionalism
Stay Away from the Florida Leak detective and Renato De Oliveira.
