After attending a free event we spent $2000 for a three diary training to learn in-depth house flipping and real estate investment strategies. We were promised many different things at the free event which they only include in a $40,000 package and wasn't taught or shared at the seminar we paid to attend. The three days was basically a sales event for advanced training. We received nothing that isn't free on YouTube. Ethernet main presentor, Gerald Martin, spent hours telling us about his success and his daughters' successes Which had nothing to do with real estate for us. As a presentor he went through the information so quickly that it was hard to glean any real and useable information. it became extremely boring. We were given a blank workbook to keep notes for our investment in this seminar. It was a complete scam. Oh, they had a dance competition. Not impressive for $2000!
The Flipping Formula by Peter Souhleris and Dave Seymour is a COMPLETE SCAM. Peter Souhleris and Dave Seymour who seem credible because they were on a TV show are complete scammers. They advertise locally for you to call to get "Free" information. When you do this they take your credit card and say they will only bill you $10. I have had to cancel my credit card after $1000 in fraudulent charges they have billed me for. All I got from them was a cheesey paperback book. AVOID The Flipping Formula by Peter Souhleris and Dave Seymour as all it is is a way for them to bill you without providing any service whatsoever. Peter Souhleris and Dave Seymour must not be legit at all, if this is how they are trying to make money.
