Paid for the product and never received the merchandise and they don’t even answer the text or the emails. Gladys

Scammed

I saw a very nice dress on their instagram page and requested to order it through their DM as they requested. I expressed to them that I needed the dress in a rush and was very clear as to the date I needed by and also my location. I was told they would be able to fulfill my order. I specifically ordered a large. They rushed me to pay to make sure I received my dress in time. I sent the money for plus extra money for over night shipping. I was also told my size was in Stock. I was informed that they would forward my tracking number once the dress was shipped. The next day no tracking. A few days past and no tracking. I requested the tracking number and was told I would get it. I then asked if it was even shipped. I was told yes. Three days to the dead line I was told I would get it. Two days to the dead line I sent another message and was told I had to pay extra for express shipping. Now why would I pay another amount if I already paid for over night shopping as I was instructed ? I knew something was wrong at this point. I sent several messages and was given the run around. The day before my shoot I asked what was going on and was told it was sent. I then said give me a refund if it's not going to reach. She quickly said ok. Now you tell me, if it was shipped why would you give me a refund? That's how I knew it was never sent out in the first place. I was left to scramble to find a dress in a short period of time. I am now faced to wait for the money I sent for this dress. Which ended up being $185 US I'm in Canada. This was a fair amount of money. I was told I would receive my money in a few days. A few days came no refund. I was then told by Friday. Friday came and no refund. I was begged to give another week. Another week came and no money. At this point I am now frustrated and beyond angry. I am now told that they shipped my dress and I cannot get a refund until I return my dress. They told me once the order is set you cannot cancel. Hmmm I have never heard such a policy. I said ok.....refund me at least the extra I sent for express shipping. They argued with me in circles and told me once again they cannot refund me until I return the dress. I repeatedly requested my express shipping costs. They refused. A month after the day I should have received the dress the dress arrived.....it arrived and was the wrong size. I sent the people another message regarding this and they told me to return it. Are you kidding me?! If I send this dress back they will say they never received it. I would like my money back. This was the worst experience I have ever had. These people are criminals and a fraudulent company that likespecializes to take people's money. Do not order from them. You may live to retreat it like I did. In need of help. I have all the conversations to prove what I am complaining about.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I am a serial online shopper. I have successfully ordered from several online retailers for years and years. This is the first time; not only did I NOT recieive my product - i received extreme attitude from the people running this shitty website (with gramatical errors on the webpage might I add). I should have known better, but i followed them for quite a while on Instagram and figured one order would be okay. Well I was VERY wrong!!! My order still hasnt even shipped and after numerous attempts to get a hold of someone;

i finally received a nasty response 3 days later (after I had to politely threaten them) from someone vaguely indicating it would ship within "7-10 business days." - whichw as nothing but a lie and a ploy. If you're looking for good customer service - you can count that OUT, and if you're looking to get your order within a month's time frame - you might as well stick with Ebay shopping from Chinese vendors. I am now having to pursue a claim via PayPal to get my money back since I never received my product. i will report them wherever I can so that the inocent online shoppers like myself do not get bamboozled.
