The Employment Law Group Reviews

  • Sep 12, 2022

The Employment Law Group is advertised as an Employment Law Firm specializing in federal and civilian employment matters. If you go on google and type in Employers Employment Law Group, you will see a number of these groups sites throughout the US dont be fooled, the Washington DC Employment Law Group is a site to avoid. They have an impressive web page claiming to have years of experience working personnel management issues to include federal employment matters. They will require you to register name and then you are hook the con begins, they promised everything to get your money up front but in reality, they are all thieves!!!!

Here is how the scam works - Employment Law Group does a free consultation conference call with a person claiming to be an Attorney who makes you think he can resolve legal complaint and recover any and all lost wages and entitlements. So convincing that Law Firm has on-staffed and in depth expertise to deal with any and all employment matters without the expense of going to federal court. The Firm requires two written contracts to represent the legal interests both requiring upfront fees to be placed in a legal escrow account which allegedly is controlled by you the individual and Principle Attorney. Here again dont be fooled, once you give them the money everyone in the Firm can gain accessdont be fooled this Firm was motivated by greed of money . The first agreement required a $6,500.00 upfront retainer for an in depth analysis and assessment of the case, research, background investigation and a psychological assessment. The second contract is after they make the assessment you require litigation. The fee is $25,000.00 plus which you are required to maintain a $10,000.00 minimum balance. In my case, the Principle Attorney agreed to litigate my case but in the last minute detailed a less experienced attorney to represent me instead. Not only did the Firm betrayed my trust but knowingly depleted a legal escrow account by overcharging and falsely claiming services which have not been performed but billed. The Principle Attorney solely responsible for my case and escrow account, authorized the outside hiring of so-called legal experts, assigned a different attorney who had no prior knowledge of the case and who I had never met, to carry out a legally flawed strategy and against the wrong Governmental Agency who was not empowered take corrective action.. Furthermore, the Firm misrepresented claims of federal employment law knowledge and expertise when it failed to take into account the governing federal employment rules, procedures and regulations regarding rights to grieve and appeal before a deciding legal deciding body. . Even when presented with previous legal decisions which could have made a difference in the final outcome of the case, the Firm attorney (s) chose to ignore the warning signs of a failed strategy which had a predictable outcome. The alleged research and background check which I paid over $10,000.00 ($4,000.00 over the contracted amount) failed to take into account my government employment status and the Appeal Rights for Federal Employees. In the final analysis, I hired the Employment Law Group and chose the Principle Attorney to represent me because of his claim of knowledge and expertise in Federal Employment Law. It was months later that I discovered that he and the assigned attorney has grossly misrepresented their knowledge, experience level and understanding of federal employment law. The only rationale for such gross omission which ultimately led to a dismissal of my case was that Principle Attorney and others of the Firm were simply motivated by greed of money.

I wish to point out that there was an attempt to seek mediation through the Washington DC Arbitration Board which failed in all accounts. If you find yourself in the same situation with this Firm and you can recover your fees then I would strongly recommend you seriously consider dropping this Firms and finding a different Legal Firm to represent you. If the funds have been depleted without your knowledge, as in my case, then dont bother wasting your time arbitrating your case before the DC Arbitration Board which appoints DC registered lawyers to serve as Panel members -- they are all in bed with each other.

Bottomline: This Firm take fee's from innocent people by giving them false hopes that their particular case can be successfully litigated which seldom happens. There impressive legal resumes and the on-line liners are misleading and untrue. The person that is at loss is the individual that paid in good faith fees for legal services which could be better spent. My personal advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE - THEY WILL LITERALLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DELIVER ZERO !!!!

WARNING: IF YOU HAVE HIRED THESE CON ARTISTS AND PAID ANY MONEY, BELIEVE ME, YOU CAN KISS IT GOODBYE. DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU THEY HAVE ONE IRATE PERSON OUT THERE THAT IS ANGRY WITH THEM. BELIEVE ME, THESE ARE NASTY PEOPLE WHO WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU'LL NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE VULTURES THAT PREY ON INNOCENT PEOPLE WITH HOPES TO HAVE THEIR EMPLOYMENT MATTERS FAIRLY LITIGATEDNOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF IN THE SAME BOAT AS I AM IN AFTER DEALING WITH THESE CROOKS.
