IRIDE in FORT LAUDERDALE SUCKS. Zero rating! I recently test drove a bike and had to hold the battery button on the whole time during the test drive for throttle use. We bought it with promises it would be fixed and picked it up a few days later and rode it off. The issue was not fixed. I immediatly brought it back and exchanged it for a new one. I was having problems with the new bike from day one and brought it back and Chuck told me to take it to the the plant in Fort Lauderdale. Fort Lauderdale IRIDE could not help me. At original point of sale I bought a carry bag for $99. Chuck said it was made for that bike.
When I picked it up it did not fit correctly. Chuck said, "it is not made for that bike." A month later I called for the free initial service and brought the bike in. The mechanic took the bike to do the brief service. Chuck came out with my bike yelling, you have to make an appointment. He did not remember, I did call him and told him when I would be there. I drove the bike away with no service. Since then I bought my wife an electric bike from an IRIDE competitor and am very happy. We never got a, "thank you for you business, just, what a great deal we got, as if they were doing me, the customer, a favor. DON'T BUY FROM IRIDE... CHUCK SUCKS!!! AND HE IS THE SALES FLOOR MANAGER.
