Eventually I looked at the policy and it is clear that there is no refund policy for digital products which is what I purchased and it seems to be all they have but yet it makes it look like there is one somehow but there's really not at least not for what I purchased. they just refuse to do a refund and I spent quite a bit of money and then they take part of it down saying they'll charge you the rest on your profiting when I asked how much profit before you Bill me the other thousand they simply won't tell you and so I was very skeptical of that because they want to put a product on Tik-Tok they could purchase it I'd be in profit and then they could come in and swoop that thousand right away and they already had 500 of my dollars that I wasn't happy with the lack of the refund policy and when I saw the video and saw the lack of the refund policy that they lied about I no longer wanted to work with them
I'd rather lose the 500 than give them another thousand because I don't trust them at all I can't work with people that lie like this or omit relevant info. Do not work with this company since then I have found a very fantastic honorable company and if it took this to get to where I am with them I am more than happy to kick them to the curb is fine with me and I did get my bank involved but it's kind of hard when the lies just take place on the phone and their policy says there isn't one. I would give zero stars but they don't have that option so I had to give one
This company claims they will build you a fully functional eccommerce website for $17.00 but what they don't tell you is that there is a program cost of $497.00. The website is not complete and unless you are a programmer with experience and know how to set things up in order to be operational. They also tell you that you can schedule a phone confrence call and one of his sale staff will call you at a scheduled time to assist your issues.
I scheduled 2 calls and made special arrangements to make sure I was home for the call backs but neither time was I called back. When I inquired as to the reason for them not calling me back the customer service rep. emailed me and told me someone will get back to me but no one ever got back to me and now won't respond to any of my emails.
Now I'm left with out of pocket expense from a lame investment that promises but doesn't follow through and won't refund my money.
