I purchased a dress online for HomeComing. I emailed them everyday to find out when I would get it since i paid 9.95 extra shipping. I never got a response, but I did get the dress. Once it got here, my daughter didn't like it. I had 10 days to contact them to send back for a refund and you can only do it through email. No one will respond. I spent 110.00 on this dress and now I am stuck with it.

I received my dress rather quickly but decided to send it back as it was to warm to wear in July. At first they didn’t respond to my email saying I wanted to send it back to them and I had to comment on their Instagram page for them to notice me. They sent us the address for our return and we even got a confirmation of delivery, but they never paid us back our money, neither do they respond to any kind of email or comment on their Instagram page. This shop is an absolute scam!
My 16 year-old daughter saw the TDR Botique dress online and liked the red one for junior prom costing $124.99, but she wanted custom tailoring and that cost an extra $12 or 13 dollars. She made all the measurements in cm per an email instruction they sent very promptly. Our timeframe was pretty close for custom. We did receive the dress a week ahead of the scheduled time and it was the correct color but not made per the custom measurements she sent. She is 5'7" and 110 lbs plus her 3 inch heels. The dress was long enough for us to hand cut and it is able to be cut because of the mesh type fabric that does not need to be hemmed. It took us quite a while to get it cut so it was all the proper length and strAight. My husband ironed the tulle on low heat along with the built in slip and secured the waist ribbon a bit tighter to pull in the waist, and then he hemmed the dress a bit at the shoulders so it wasn't as low cut. He then sewed in some Joann Fabric store bought gel cups and I hot glued them in as well in a few spots to make certain they stayed in place. Overall, everything went well. She bought it with her babysitting money and loved the dress overall but was sad it wasn't per her recorded custom measurements that she payed a it extra for. And that is the only reason I gave it 3 stars. If it has not come as an off the shelf size it would have been 5 stars. It is a really nice dress for a young adult who is modest as this is not a super sexy style. Senior prom she plans to wear a flat so she can enjoy the night without sore legs and feet from heels. Overall, she had a great time. Just make sure you have at least 45 days to get your dress to your home (even though ours came early). I ordered a white crop top that is one size fits most. It was mostly sheer with butterfly application all over he breast area so that it could be worn on its own. The picture on Instagram was totally different from what I received. The top I got was blue, with cheap looking butterflies sewn on so far apart from each other that it can’t be worn without something underneath. I am a size 2 and the top was too small, even through the label said size L. They make it seem like they ship everything from the UK but my shipments came from China.
This business is a flat out scam. We bought 3 dresses with "free returns" written all over the website. They shipped low quality items strait from China and then try to charge hundreds for shipping. When we complained- they changed the website instead of helping us. Avoid this business!
Definitely stay away from this website. We ordered a homecoming dress but when it arrived it was the ring size. We returned the dress but never got our money back. A total scam.
I bought a custom-sized dress from this site for my junior prom and it was so beautiful. I got compliments all night. The customer service was actually pretty good for me; I sent them an e-mail, and they responded in a day or two. They did ship my dress from China, and there were a few areas where the embellishments were a little off, but it was nothing a few quick stitches couldn't fix. The rest of their dresses are so detailed and pretty, and suit my style a lot better than most boutiques do. IDK where these people ordered from, but if you check the reviews on their website, all of them are positive, with a few downsides, mostly concerning sizing or stitching. All in all, I got a beautiful dress for a pretty good price (most of the dresses are under $200, which is about the same or less than other stores), and I'll most likely get my Senior Ball dress from there.

Bought a dress for £120 even after paying the £120 for 2 weeks they continued taking more money out of my account that I was completely unaware of and wasn't sure what it was for. They ignored all my emails. I then messaged them on Facebook asking what was going on and they replied saying they were just about to ship my dress. I got an email saying it had been sent off and it was on its way. Then 2 weeks later after it still had not arrived even though I was told delivery would be a maximum of 8 days I then received a letter in the post saying that my dress was being sent from China, which again I was unaware of, and that it was in security and that I had to pay an extra £30 for it to be actually shipped due to "security reasons". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE PLEASE.

Their business is sending out dresses to try out and they pretend to be a US company but are not and do not take reurns. They are a scam!
