I would strongly caution against hiring The Digital Navigator International if your company needs marketing expertise. I found them to be appallingly lacking in competence and in resources to perform even small tasks satisfactorily.

I spent two years and $120,000 finding this out, so you should heed my warning. Reviews for TDN are scarce, making it difficult to judge their substance or success. Are they headquartered in Wyoming? Costa Rica? Wisconsin? New Mexico? All come up in searches, a red flag if you should ever have to sue them as I have.

My working relationship with The Digital Navigator International and its president, Pol Cousineau, grew increasingly strained when the company failed to produce any revenue or list growth. In fact, both of these success yardsticks were falling when we parted ways. Still worse, they left me with catastrophic problems.

At their suggestion, I'd paid them $31,000 to rebuild and redesign my web site. Incredibly, they appear to have launched the new site without having tested it. As a result of this negligence, paying subscribers were locked out for as long as six weeks, and the few who were able to enter got logged off continually.

Add-on services for which they'd paid as much as $1,200 were inaccessible, the site un-navigable. Angered and frustrated, they canceled in droves, causing a corresponding drop in revenues.

I'd paid The Digital Navigator International through 2021, but they went derelict on me early in December, washing their hands of the myriad problems they'd created. Their redesigned web pages are so amateurish that I had to discard them. (Samples attached.)

Despite their failure to deliver anything of value, TDN claims they owe me nothing. The site architecture remains a hodgepodge that leads users to dead ends, duplicate menu-pulldowns, and to supposedly timely information that turns out to be months old.

A key reason for the rebuild was to make Rick's Picks more intuitive for users, but you'd need to tour their digital monstrosity yourself to fathom the extent to which TDN failed in this task.

My web site is called Rick's Picks, and it has always enjoyed an excellent reputation among the traders to whom it is geared. However, I had to scramble to keep the business from collapsing when TDN ceased all services other than bare-bones customer support weeks before our work agreement expired. Revenues were plummeting, and I was receiving scores of emails from disgruntled subscribers.

At considerable expense, I hired a top pro to repair the damage, but he had to remount the old site because the new one proved entirely unusable. He characterized TDN's site architecture as needlessly complex and fragile,

We were shocked to discover that TDN's rebuild appeared to lack even a basic understanding of how my business works. My front page offers trading guidance (a.k.a. 'Touts') for 6-8 stock symbols that are refreshed every Sunday night. TDN's monstrosity stacks the front page endlessly with new touts, but without deleting the old ones as my former site had done automatically.

The alleged rebuild of my two chat rooms is another horror story. They are at the heart of Rick's Picks, a place where traders swap timely ideas. TDN's Rube Goldberg contraption assigned erroneous time stamps to every post, not only creating confusion, but rendering tradeable ideas posted in the room valueless or even dangerous.

Moreover, the rooms appear to be merely recycled copies of the old ones, but stripped of thousands of dollars' worth of custom code that had made them function well.

Concerning TDN's negligence, which I've characterized as abusive, it was never more egregious than when they failed to provide me with status reports on Fridays after the rollout disaster. I had urgently requested this because I wanted some peace of mind over the weekends, but they stonewalled me until the clock ran out on our contact.

I would urge you in the strongest possible terms to avoid doing business with this company for the reasons I've cited above. Please feel free to contact me if you want detailed evidence of their myriad failures over the two years we worked together.
