I ordered a body shaper panty on the 12th of october 2016 the money was taken out of my account on the 13th of october 2016 and as of november 18th ive heard nothin from thedealempire.
I got a confirmed email stating they were getting it ready and would notify me when shipped and a order number DE44197.
This was on the 12th of october my total was $24.90 I've tried the email address on the paper I got on email that day with no luck.

My virus protector said this document had a trojan virus and not to open it. When i contacted their customer service Through email due to 2 phone numbers that were inoperative) i was told i would receive the tracking number for fed ex in a few days. Hmmm...Then why did they send me a document that supposedly had the tracking number in it? Yes, i am sure they wanted to infect my computer, which thankfully did not happen! plus, when a company ships, they always provide a tracking number for the shipment. I have cancelled this order and alerted my credit card company about this. There are many complaints that i have become aware of for this company, unfortunately after i ordered. Their site also says it is secure through norton mcafee, truste and verisign. Buyer beware!

There is no tracking information on either of the confirmation notices. Therefore, I emailed them asking for a tracking number so I could find out where my articles are. No response to numerous emails. I even advised them that I gave them until Wednesday, November 16, 2016, to respond, still no response of any kind. They have no phone number anywhere to call to discuss the situation with an individual. I am really disappointed in this company. I ordered the heated high quality waist trimmer on Oct 4th 2016, which didn't arrive until November 8, 2016. When the product arrive it had loose threads, sections that weren't sewn and was constructed of poor quality materials. I took pictures and have sent 2 emails but still have not heard a response. The 10 days that they give you to reach the company with issues will be up on Friday and now I am stuck with this item.
