I am so glad i slipped up on this site. I had called my bank to find out what i had been charged $24.90 for, and asked for the company and their phone number. My bank could not provide me with a phone number and when i went to the listed site, this is where i found this ripoff site. Anyway i had forgotten what this $24.90 was for until one of your dissatisfied people told the world about their non-receipt of the slimming panties. Then it hit me, i did order some panties that were supposed to slim you on december 6, 2016. There is no phone number listed for this rip-off business. But at least now i can go back to my bank and tell them what it was i ordered and ask them why would they pay a company that had no return business number. I will get back and let you know what happened. Normally, i make copies of everything i order. But if i am not mistaken, i was not able to copy it. The copy was blank where all of my information should have been.

I finally got someone on their chat late one night who gave me a tracking number showing it was still in china. I used the same today and it was no longer valid. I actually got a human on the line named Christina and she basically told me if I hadn't been so cheap it would have been here by now. I should have spent more money to get nothing.

She says its still in China because they have too many orders, yet they advertise as a company in California. I have been wondering what happened to my order for 1 body shaper that I placed on Nov 2, 2016. Luckily I checked its web page out of curiosity and learned there is a very lo-o-o-ong line of complainers vs this company. I am disputing the charge for this "purchase" that was never consummated.

Fast forward to 12/09/2016 - my package was showing that it was shipped from China and arrived in Chicago, IL on 11/10/2016. This website never once mentions that they ship from China, just that it takes on standard 3-4 weeks for delivery. Based on that information, my product should have already arrived.
I contacted thedealempire and they emailed me back "we are not responsible for shipping delays, losses or damage to products". How do I know they just didn't put a paper clip in an envelope and send it? So no matter what, they have tried to put all the refunds/replacements etc off of their plate and onto the consumer.

Well that does not bode well with me, so I am off to find how more about this company. Should I get any where I will definitely update everyone. But for now.. DO NOT under any circumstance use this company for anything.

You simply put them on and pull them up over your tummy area and voila, your tummy is now flat without the overhang of flab. I suppose these panties are suppose to work like a girdle. After watching the Facebook ad on November 21, 2016, I placed my order with "The Deal Empire" for these ingenious undergarments. After my order was placed, the website said a confirmation email was sent to me. I never received any email. Later I checked my bank account and the money had been taken out of my account. But it had been taken out by "My Tactical Kits" not "The Deal Empire." It is now December 7, 2016 and I've heard nothing from either of the website companies previously listed above. I hate people/companies who take advantage of hard working people like myself. Luckily it was only $22.91. Unfortunately, I will now have to investigate every online product, I choose to purchase, so this won't happen to me again.

The comany sends it in a pkg all info is in chinese except the value in U.S $$ it says 2.00 is worth of pkg, i got ripped off 24.90 on my credit/debit card, from my bank!
There was no phone #, no address all was in chinese I took it to post office to return it and they said it would cost, lacking few pennies, $14 to send back and advised against it , as i'd been ripped off recieving a pair of bikini panty umderwear that might of fit a six yr old I order a large tummer flattener support garmet but that ISN'T what was in the pkg! The post office said to dispute with my bank, I said I did but they need a recipt showing I sent it back, and they said "you already lost $24.90 why send it back they will not refund, or send you another garment, if they'd charge you that amount for this tiny pair of panties" so they said they wouldn't want me to be out more they'd win either way , so i am disputing with the bank I will see what happens but they said in order to make the dispute it had to be returned, I sure learned a lesson from this company ! So am fore warning all out there, DO NOT DEAL WITH THE DEAL EMPIRE ON LINE OR HOWEVER, IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR VALUBLE TIME, AND HARD EARNED DOLLARS , YOU'LL NEVER, MORE THAN LIKELY, GET IT BACK, THEY HAD PHONE ON THIER SITE, AND FLORIDA AS ADDRESS ON MY BANK STATEMENT, BUT NIETHER ARE EXISTENT! I FOUND OUT TOO LATE! IT WASN'T A DEAL , EXCEPT TO THEM! ..... SUSAN
On 11/30/16 i received an email from this company advising my order has been confirmed and is ready to ship.
To date never received a reply to my inquiries of where my package is for the slim panties product that i paid for in full $19.95 plus $4.95 shipping &handling. I sent three emails to date and no reply at all.

I ordered a product from this company and got the conformation with the ship ID. After about two weeks with hearing or receiving nothing I emailed them got a response back from a gal and she said the order batch was still processing check back in 3-5 days and so I've emailed twice now with not a reason even back now it's been over a month since the order and when I try the number on website it's some place in France to a chef and found another number online and it is a busy signal!! So discouraging cause it was a Christmas present

Ordered my panty on November 6th, today is December 3rd. I will never order from them again. Wish I had seen all these complaints before hand. Anyone that HAS received theirs, all have said that it's too small, can't even get it over their thighs. I know the Chinese are very little people, so "why" would they send panties only big enough to fit a barbie or 2 year old? The ladies in the video don't loo small. I am very disappointed, and will never order from this Company again. They might got $ from me this time.....but never again.

Ordered panty shaper november 10 and it's december 3. Never received it s by four emails with no reply.
I placed online order with The Deal Empire on November 11th, 2016 and I have not received my order. I emailed the company at on [email protected] November 26th, 2016 but no response.
I purchased an item from these scammers and they never shipped it. They will not respond to 4 emails I sent to customer service. They don't list a phone number so you can't call them. This has hppened to lots of people if you google The Deal Empire. They are fraudsters and just take your money and run. I have opened a case with my credit card for a chargeback.
I order some items from "The deal Empire" in October, now it is November and I have not recieved my items. I have tried on several occassion to reach out to this company, I was unable to contact anyone by phone nor anyone respond it to my emails. This company is a rip-off also, I do not want anyone to be a victim of this company.

Same with me, they took the money instantly, on the same day I placed my order. An email receive stating delivery in 72 hours.. but to date no package. I realised it was spam after the money was taken off from my account and that the view order site did not look right to me at all..I've sent an email to the company requesting a feedback on my order "no reply" to-date. I've learned my lesson. but to whoever, is doing this SCAM and robbing peoples money you will not get anywhere and I promise you that one day you will be robbed, not long!. Feeling frustrated.

Ordered 2 pair of the slimming panties, money was taken out of my account, received email item was shipped on November 15, as of this date have not received anything.
I ordered a bodyshaper panty fron thedealempire.com about three weeks ago. All the information looked ok at the time. They sent me a timeline for my shipment to arrive but it didn't. I have emailed and called them but nothing back from them. The phone has a busy sound and no reply to my email. My order number #DE143432 . there phone 9495355243. I hope someone can help take care of these people who can do this kind of things to people. What a rip off.
