The Deal Empire! Yes, what a joke! I saw an advert, well a video of these slimming panties. I thought tyhey were the perfect items I have been looking for, so I order the pack of 3. Didn't ask for a size because they said on the clip that they were stretchy and would fit all shapes and sizes.

My experience is the same as most of the prior posts. Do not under any circumstance do business with these people. Shoddy merchandise that doesn't fit and they will not issue a refund. On December 2, 2016 I ordered the body shaper from The Deal Empire online. I was not sent an email conforming my order. The complany did not hesitate to take money from my credit card. It is now December 18, 2016 an am still waiting for my order. I started to research the company online and found out that there is a great number of people still waiting for their orders since November 1, 2016. I also noticed that through various reports that the product, if they received the item(s) came from China not California. I have also noticed that if they give you a tracking number and you used that tracking number once then you most likely wont be able to access it again and will need to get ahold of them to get a new tracking number.
I did call the company and they stated via voice message that the waiting time to talk with a customer service representative will be about 10 minutes or more. Having nothing better to do I waited and for some reason they hung up on me unexpectantly. Second I did a chat with an Angela (which is most likely not and Angela) and was told my order number and a tracking site in which I refuse to use it because I already been scammed and prefer not to be scammed again. This Angela did not answer my concerns and eventually cut my off "chat" we have been having. I posted on Facebook this scam and will follow-up with the Better Business Bureau. I hope there is some justice in this and a lawyer will look into this because they are making tons of money.

Although I received an immediate email confirmation of my order, no further updates were ever sent, and nothing on the website was ever updated with my shipping confirmation. I finally received my item the week of December 5th. Upon opening it, I immediately realized the lack of quality in the item. The instructions on the box, which was folded in the envelope along with the plastic bag containing the curlers, were barely legible English with many spelling errors and mostly nonsense. I immediately realized these were not going to work as described. They weren’t even long enough to cover ½ my daughter’s hair strand and not even enough to do 1/4 of her hair. For $29.95, these were a complete rip-off.
I contacted the refunds department on Monday December 12th expressing my dis-satisfaction and requesting a refund. Following is the response I got:

However, we can give you a 1-time discount code for any of your future purchases with us.”

The worst company I have ever dealt with, said they wouldn't refund my money for a full month. Will have to file a fruad case with the CC company. Don't be stupid and order anything from this place!!
I ordered an item on line that was advertised on Facebook back on 11/27/16. The company is The Deal Empire. I still have not received my items I ordered and they took my money the very next day. They are associated somehow with a company called My Tactical Kits because that is what shows on my bank account for the amount taken. I have tried to call them several times with no luck. It rings and then goes busy signal. I have sent numerous emails with no response. This is a rip off and my $45 just went down the drain. I tried to find a place on Facebook to report them but did not see one. Thank you.
Unethical Company
My experience is the same as most of the prior posts. Do not under any circumstance do business with these people. Shoddy merchandise that doesn't fit and they will not issue a refund. I originally tried to cancel the order because it took so long and couldn't get any response. It arrives from China weeks later. I wished I had looked them up before placing the order - don't make the same mistake.
Placed a credit card order online never received product and can not reach company
I ordered a pair of slimming panties on Nov 22,2016. I received a confirmation email saying they had received my order and it would be shipped shortly. They deducted 24.90 from my checking account immediately. The site stated to come back later for a tracking number. So far no tracking number. There is no phone number on their website to contact them. They do have a customer service email service which I used. I emailed them on Dec 9 and again on Dec 9 and again De 17 telling them to send my product or refund my money. I tried the customer chat but they kept saying there were customers ahead of me and then cut me off. I did tell them if I didn't hear from them by Dec 19 I would report it. I should have read the reviews, which I normally do and would have know it was a ripoff. I used my debit card as a credit card for this purchase so I assume it's not the same as a regular credit card.
SCAMMED
I am a idiot, I should have checked to scam review before I placed my ordered, but I did what the rest of the ladies did, but said I want a refund, and got a response with two days, here is who I responded to: Karen Palos<[email protected]>, and I got my order 5 1/2 weeks later, and the damn thing is meant for a skinny teenager, not a full figured women.
Ordered body sharper in November the 20 th. They charged my card. Sent confirmation email for order and shipping. Still don't have it.
I got suckered into ordering product. I know that it was vain on my part but just wanted to look a litter smoother in my dress clothes. Lesson learned! Do not reply to an unknown Facebook sit! I am out $59.85 and I live on a fixed income. ( my bad). I ordered on November 26 and cannot got an an answer by email or when I tried telephone # I was hung up on numerous times after being told to hold because my call was important to them!!! HELP
On December 2, 2016 I ordered the body shaper from The Deal Empire online. I was not sent an email conforming my order. The complany did not hesitate to take money from my credit card. It is now December 18, 2016 an am still waiting for my order. I started to research the company online and found out that there is a great number of people still waiting for their orders since November 1, 2016. I also noticed that through various reports that the product, if they received the item(s) came from China not California. I have also noticed that if they give you a tracking number and you used that tracking number once then you most likely wont be able to access it again and will need to get ahold of them to get a new tracking number.
I did call the company and they stated via voice message that the waiting time to talk with a customer service representative will be about 10 minutes or more. Having nothing better to do I waited and for some reason they hung up on me unexpectantly. Second I did a chat with an Angela (which is most likely not and Angela) and was told my order number and a tracking site in which I refuse to use it because I already been scammed and prefer not to be scammed again. This Angela did not answer my concerns and eventually cut my off "chat" we have been having. I posted on Facebook this scam and will follow-up with the Better Business Bureau. I hope there is some justice in this and a lawyer will look into this because they are making tons of money.
Company not good
Ordered item that took several weeks to receive. I called multiple times to talk to someone and the phone just rang and rang. I emailed them twice but never received a reply. The item I ordered did not fit and was not as advertised in their ad. I returned them to the address in Irvine CA and the package was just returned to me today as UNKNOWN at that address. The company is not as represented. I believe they are a fraud.
The product never came and they took my money. They will not return any contacts i have tried to make.

I ordered the body shaper and it took forever and was not what it was suppose to be was cheaply made and way too small
I placed my order for these "No Heat" Hair curlers on November 6th, 2016. Although I received an immediate email confirmation of my order, no further updates were ever sent, and nothing on the website was ever updated with my shipping confirmation. On November 23rd, I sent a follow up email requesting status. No response. On December 2nd (a month later), I sent another email requesting status. No Response.
I finally received my item the week of December 5th. Upon opening it, I immediately realized the lack of quality in the item. The instructions on the box, which was folded in the envelope along with the plastic bag containing the curlers, were barely legible English with many spelling errors and mostly nonsense. I immediately realized these were not going to work as described. They weren’t even long enough to cover ½ my daughter’s hair strand and not even enough to do 1/4 of her hair. For $29.95, these were a complete rip-off.
I contacted the refunds department on Monday December 12th expressing my dis-satisfaction and requesting a refund. Following is the response I got:
“Because of the nature of the item, all order for panty shapers are considered final. If the product does not fit, we can't take it back, replace it or refund.
However, we can give you a 1-time discount code for any of your future purchases with us.”
What? Panty Shapers???
I emailed again explaining that I had ordered hair curlers, not underwear. Following is the response I got, copied and pasted from their web page:

I do most of my shopping online, and am no stranger to online ordering. This is by-far the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
