Same for me, have contacted visa plus forwarded them emails sent to the company. Agree scam. Contact your card company for a refund. Send some emails to the company direct, not via their contact on the site. As long as you paid via card you will have an email confirmation email.

I ordered an item-undergarment paid on line with a debit card and they said this sight was safe and secure. Took $24.99 out when order was place on 10/14/16, I was waiting on my tracking number and the only e-mail sent to me was placing the order . Order #DE50037 was in the e-mail.
