Took money and did not send merchandise. There is no way of contacting them and no tracking # was ever provided. They are stealing money from customers.
I have not received my product, but my card was charged. I will give it a month total, if not received then I will dispute as well. I tried to send email asking about order and it came back as a bad email address (although it was provided on their website).

What a shame that these folk do this to hard working individuals who put their trust in what seemed like a legit business. Oh they have a bright website too.

My payment went through almost immediately but there was no such link to track and the contact information does not exist. My emails come back undeliverable and there is no other way to contact them. I never received my order so I lost my money to these assholes. I'm contacting the BBB and the Attorney General!!

I saw their advertisement on facebook and thought it was okay i had to call my bank and put scram report out on them my bank is going to investigate and for me to give them 2 days they will let me know once they investigate behind them. Its sad what people out here do so they false ad on facebook do not fall for it.

Later that very same day I received an email form thedealempire stating my order was on the way. On Oct 31 I emailed thedealempire to inquire about tracking my order because I had no idea what was going on with it. I received no reply. On Nov 2 I contacted my credit card co and was informed no actions can be taken until after Nov 9 because 15 days have to pass before they will do anything to help me. Also my credit card co could not contact The Deal Empire. I want this scam company to return my money and be prevented from scamming others.

I ordered an iphone USB dock from thedealempire on Sept. 18th, 2016, received an email advising that they would notify me when product is shipped. Never heard from them again despite my Oct. 7th follow up email and again this morning, no response. I filed dispute with my credit card company.
