I ordered the panty shaper from the deal empire they charged my card but never sent me the product and want answer my emails or refund my money it's a scam
I too thought I'd been scammed as trying to get a response from them is like trying to get blood out of a stone ! I just put it down to bad judgement and forgot about it.
TODAY - approx 2 months after I placed the order it arrived !!!! Not exactly as advertised but arrived nevertheless.
Order date was 19/11-2016 and arrival date is today, 21/12-2016.
After several chats with "Angela" over the past couple of weeks, my 2 pairs of panties arrived today. I have no idea about the quality, or whether the effect is the same as they promise, as they are intended as Christmas presents. So I will make a review after the 25th :-)
I am so disappointed with the length of time and the agony of waiting and the insecurity with regard to whether or not this company is legitimate, that one thing is for sure ... I will NOT be ordering anything from this company again.
No matter how offensive (and yes, due to my utter frustration, it has been) the tone of my chat with "Angela" has been, she has remained polite at all times.
Had the same exact issue; probably the same purchase since it was thru FB & cost $24.90 after shipping. DON'T GIVE UP. I kept e-mailing the refund dept & told them if I did not receive a refund (I also ordered in early Oct. with NO response from e-mails, calls, and even the "live chat") I would turn them in to the Better Business Bureau. I got my refund the very next day (Dec 5th). DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY! Keep e-mailing! Now, after I got my refund, they did block my e-mail, but hey, idc b/c I will NEVER use them again!
Ordered this item, waited five weeks, finally received, such poor quality & not at all as described.. I am a size 10-12 could not get one leg into this item..I have emailed numerous times, to request return instructions for a refund.. no reply!
I am from PH ordered the same panties last Nov. 11, 2016. I try to chat using their live chat and got a response.
Same thing the product came from China that's why it takes too long to receive. Anyway, as per tracking it's already here in PH enroute to my shipping address. I hope to get this before the holiday.

This company is out to get customers money. I ordered mine in Nov to date I still haven't received a response to my complaints of lack of delivery. No response by emails, no response by phone. Please spread the word and help the next customer NOT TO BE 'THE DEAL EMPIRE' NEXT VICTIM'. Do not BUY anything from such dealers .. they should have their license REVOKED!!

I came onto this site this morning and read all reviews and had given up hope of ever receiving the Slim Panties I had ordered 6 weeks ago. Unbelievably they have just arrived from China. Imagine my delight after reading all of these reviews... Alas I am underwhelmed by the product. They have come directly from China and look like you could purchase them for approx $2. That is the effect that had on my tummy too. Diddlysquat. They are next to useless and in addition give you pantylines around the top of your legs. So ladies, even if you finally receive your goods, I fear you will be terribly disappointed. We are all looking for a little ray of hope when it comes to our figures and I'm sure many of us hesitated before we pressed the send button for our order and now this company has just made us a little more frustrated. So ladies... let's move on, suck in our tums and enjoy your Christmas and New Year.
I bought this product and never received them! They won't answer there phone either! I think this was a huge mistake! If I don't receive my refund all take you to small claims court!

I bought two of those panty shapers. My card was charged. They sent me an order number, but no way to track it. I have tried calling them and emailed them with no response. I feel so ripped off. I ordered in good faith and now I have to go through the head ache of trying to straighten this out with my credit card company. Ugh............

Same with me ordered the body shaper 2 of them they took the money off my debit card never sent me the items I did get them to reply on messenger but just like the other person the tracking number doesn't work they also told me to wait 2-3 days and try again after 4 days I messaged them again that it wasn't working and was told the site was having "technical" difficulties but that I would receive my items I canceled my debit card and reported them to my banks fraud department
i watched the advertisement in facebook and immediately purchase the product. it has been two week and i have yet to get my items. i sent email but no one replying. i m going to report this to police :(

I ordered and paid for three of the body shapers on Nov 14, 2016 and received and email saying my order was shipped Nov16th, 2016. I have not received the package and have not received answers to the emails saying I did not receive the order. The phone number given on the website just rings and rings. I am calling my bank tomorrow to register a fraud complaint.

is truly a scam. Tell all your friends - no matter how tempting the ad, they'll take your money, not send merchandise, not give you a tracking #, and leave you with no way to contact them. WAKE UP - there are bad people out there. Gave them my Discover card - and Discover is prosecuting them thru me.

Me too, they took my money for two panty shapers and I have waited weeks for delivery. Sent three emails and they did reply only on Messenger giving me tracking details which, I might add, do not exist!!!! They told me to wait 2-3 days and get back to them!!!!

They sent me one but it was from China and wayyyyyy to small. Tried to return it and they won't give me the address to return it and say I only have 10 days from when I received it to return. It took them 4 days to say that and give me a link to the website that says that but still no address!

I have called the number listed 949-535-5243 number times and have emailed "Angela" numerous times only to get no response. How do you report this company as a scam and sue them?

I received the email that said my item was shipped Nov. 12th. No replies to emails. Phone no good. Today I messaged them through Facebook and got an immediate response. I asked for a refund, and they said they couldn't because it had "already shipped." I was told because the item was so popular it could take 3 - 4 weeks to receive the item, which I thought odd since I was just told it had already shipped. I then asked for a tracking number, and they said they'd check. (I am suspicious for all the already stated reasons by everyone in this thread, and because if they knew it had shipped then why did they then have to "check" for a tracking number. Either it was shipped or it wasn't.) I was given a tracking number which I checked and it states the item shipped from China, which I suppose could account for the several weeks to arrive (I have no idea, I don't regularly order from China) but regardless of that - the USPS tracking number says this package is currently in Connecticut - if this is a real tracking number for my order that is really coming to my address. I do not trust them at all and will never order from them again. I still do not know if this is a scam, I guess I'll track the package and wait. I told them they should send a tracking number with their email that the item had shipped. I told them their company is being reported all over the web as a scam. I also complained to Facebook about them since the item showed up on my wall promoted by them. They said they'd pass it on to management. Sure. Whatever.

I also ordered the panty shaper on 10/19/16 - they charged my account and didn't send it. I just called my bank to dispute the charge. They are investigating the charge and company. I suggest everyone do the same to get their money back and hopefully shut this scam down.

Over 2 weeks ago I ordered the panty shaper and received an email saying it was sent. I have never received it. I will deny payment when my CC bill comes. Looks like a scam to me as well! Unfortunately I didn't print out the order confirmation!

They took my money and a month later did not provide a tracking number and do not respond to emails asking for the tracking and/or a refund.
I put in a dispute with my credit card company and they responded to the credit card company saying I received my product but they do not respond to me with a tracking # or a refund.

I should have known this was a scam, because usually when seen on TV they always end up being sold at CVS, if any of you ladies want a refund , here is who I responded to: Karen Palos<[email protected]>, and got a response within two days and my delivery the next day. I too ordered from them. After two weeks I sent an email. No response. I sent a second email. No response. So I filed a dispute and now they have an address and phone number. It is for a different company. But here is what is now (as of 11/14/16 3 pm pacific time) on their web site. Address is 2372 Morse Ave., Irvine, CA. 92612 Phone is 949-535-5243. I called the number and it was busy for about 15 minutes. When it finally rang, I let it ring for 20 times and no one answered. I hope this helps you get a refund.

Don't give up & let them have your $$!! I went thru the same thing & contacted the Refund Dept. After 2 mths of LIES saying it had shipped & seeing all the scams on-line about the company, I told them I wanted a refund. They didn't reply for several weeks so I e-mailed stating I was turning them in to the Better Business Bureau; got my refund in my acct the very next day. These jerks COUNT on you giving up & giving in so they can keep your money! As for those posting that it takes a long time to get from China, I call BS on that! I order from China for other items and when they say it shipped, YEAH it definitely DOES take longer than in the States; however, you GET a tracking # and can SEE where your item is and normally it is about 2 wks after that when you receive your item. Deal Empire takes your money, IMMEDIATELY sends an e-mail that it shipped, but then when you ask about your tracking #, you get someone saying "you will get it in a different e-mail" then you never hear from them again. I tried the "Live Chat" on their site and the ONE TIME it was actually up & running, when I put in my Order #, they disappeared! But beware, after I received my refund, they blocked my e-mail, which I was fine with since I won't use this scam company again anyway. Hope this helps!
I'm having the same issue. They asked for my order number but I never received one via email and from that point have not received any response to my messages. Money was deducted from my acct on 10/4 and have not seen my package yet. Does anyone know of a phone number to contact them? I can't find one.
I ordered on 10/6 waist trimmer for $24.90 and after contacting company many times with no response i put fraud claim in with my bank for refund. Company is fraudulent and fake.do not order from deal empire.
I too had the same issue. Even contacted my bank to report as SCAM. After the fact, 1 month after reporting I received the item. Evidently the video advertisement is touched up to make it appear to hide and make one appear more shapelier. I am not big and it didn't do a thing for me. Bulges remained in the same place. Live and learn.

I ordered an item-undergarment- paid for it on line with my debit card-said it was secure site by Norton-received an email saying order was on the way and could track my shipment to see delivery statues- there was nothing to click on in this email nor on their store website. Order #DE57820 was given in the email.
I googled the store name and your site came up with The Deal Empire listed as a ripoff.

I share your pain, the same thing happened to me. They use Shopify to push their products.....I sent them an email since this joke of a company won't answer any. Feel free to complain to them.

This is a total website is a total scam. I looked up the IP address and it's in Canada somewhere another one said MA. Another interesting thing was that it was also created 10/3/16 and valid for a year. By all means, I'm not a techy but this definitely smells like fish. Buyer Beware! Even better, if your reading my post, I highly recommending filing a complaint with FB.
I ordered an a 3 itens paid for my credit card and I received an e-mail saying order was on the way and could Track my shipment to see the delivery status. There was nothing to click on in this e-mail nor on their store website. They gave a order #DE44820.

I ordered a waist trainer on Oct. 8th and money was taken out of my account on Oct. 11th for $26.90. I never received a tracking number no product and they do not have a contact number to even check on your order.

I ordered the curlformers hair curlers from this so called site that was what i thought was legit for $34! it's been 2 weeks now and have never received anything. Sent an order # confirmation and all but no product. Buyer beware!! it was advertised on my page feed on facebook and i bought in to it...Never again!!
I FINALLY received these curlers and they came inside a bag. I opened the bag and inside was a plastic bag with 18 rollers (not as many as implied on the picture on the website/video) and half of them are like 3 inches long and not long enough to curl my daughters hair. This bag was on top of a folded "As Seen on TV" box with very broken english instructions and the instructions are for a perm?!?!?

I placed an order over the internet with TheDealEmpire.com via Facebook on Oct 26 in the amount of $59.95. Later that very same day I received an email form thedealempire stating my order was on the way. On Oct 31 I emailed thedealempire to inquire about tracking my order because I had no idea what was going on with it. I received no reply. On Nov 2 I contacted my credit card co and was informed no actions can be taken until after Nov 9 because 15 days have to pass before they will do anything to help me. Also my credit card co could not contact The Deal Empire. I want this scam company to return my money and be prevented from scamming others!!

My story is identical to the rest. They confirmed my order, then send "your order is on it's way, check back here to track your order". Nothing after 2 wks and I've sent 4 requests for information. My credit card company provided me with a phone number. I tried it, and it's a cell phone in Florida. They have a message saying they are unavailable. I will call my credit card company back and have them dispute the order.

On October 8th I ordered the Slimming Belt which was $24.90 online, the funds came out of my checking account on 10/11/16. I never received the product. No tracking info and no number to get in touch with them. The only contact provided is an email and the box is full therefore my email got rejected.
I just want my money back. I ordered the slim firming underwear and received a number without a tracking number to check the status. Making sure my product was on it's way. That was Oct 24th they didn't have a problem taking the money why send the product. See this is why people are sceptical of buying items on line. I called my credit card and the money had already been taken from my account. Lucky my credit card com will pay me back for the charges. The next time I will google
the Company first to see if it is legit. First time I've been scam by ordering something.
I orderd from them as well on october 15. They took my money out of my account, sent me an email saying order is on the way on the 17th. I am still waiting. After reading all of these responses, I probably won't get my item or my money back.....
Saw the ad on Oct 19 2016 on face book ordered the item got an email the next morning stating that my order has been confirmed and that my order was being shipped. It is now Nov 3 2016 my mailman still did not bring my order I will be following the rest of the complaints and contacting my bank to see if I can get my money back. This is the worst. I needed the item for a upcoming cruise. This truly makes me sick. Don't buy anything from this rip off company.

They sent me an email saying my order was accept and that my product is being shipped and that i can track my order, but when i go to the tracking site there is nothing there. On 11/7/16, there was a withdrawal from my checking account from deal empire. Today is 11/23/16 and to date I have received no product, nor communication. There was an email stating I could track my purchase but there was no tracking information available.
I have tried to private message, email with no response. I have not wasted my time trying to call but I see that several sites have posted scam alerts for this business (if you can call it that). I have reported this site to Facebook as well, as that is where I saw it. I am going to talk to my bank about this transaction. Fortunately it was only 25$ and some change and not more, but it's still a ripoff.. I used my debit card and the card has now been cancelled. Thanks for the hassle of that too, DEAL EMPIRE..
Unfortunately, at this point have given up on trying to sink these losers. I hope that KARMA comes at them with a vengence as I'm tired of leeches like this trying to suck the blood out of hard working Americans. Get a legitimate JOB losers.

I ordered 2 panty shapers 2 weeks ago and nothing. Not even an email saying it has shipped. I have now sent them 2 emails. They last one I threatened to report them to the authorities if my money was not refunded. We need to do something to get this pitiful "company" shut down! I ordered from The Deal Empire after seeing their ad on FB on 11/7/2016. To date, 11/23/2016, I have received no product. on 11/10/2016, got a confirmation from them that my order was being processed. I received no info other than that and no tracking #. I contacted Visa and they along with me, attempted to call their # - 949-535-5243 many times and either it is busy or rings forever. I have also written numerous emails to them @ [email protected] and never have received an answer. I have also informed FB and since I ordered, I no longer see their ad on FB.
I purchased a belly shaper from this company, i received a confirmation email from them telling me the product is on the way but its been more than three weeks nothing has been received. Tried to contact them on numerous occasions, only received a reply for my first email with a tracking number which kept saying product not tracked when checked and since then I havent received any information nor any reply. The bank is trying to get my money back to me as thats the only solution now. I wished i checked properly before placing this order.

You can contact this company via instant messenger, that is how I was able to get through and get a response I had to threaten to report them to the BBB and ask my bank to reverse the charges and investigate them. Lo and behold I received a response from them finally giving me a tracking number through a company called 17Track All in One tracking. That was Oct.27th according to the tracking website the package was in transit from China, that was Oct.28th. Today Nov.4th they are giving me the same info in transit from China. Beware purchasing from these Asian countries as well. My bank was good enough to reverse my money back. I am going to send them this site to further substantiate my claim of fraud against this company.

After several chats with "Angela" over the past couple of weeks, my 2 pairs of panties arrived today. I have no idea about the quality, or whether the effect is the same as they promise, as they are intended as Christmas presents. So I will make a review after the 25th :-)

Imagine my delight after reading all of these reviews... Alas I am underwhelmed by the product. They have come directly from China and look like you could purchase them for approx $2. That is the effect that had on my tummy too. Diddlysquat. They are next to useless and in addition give you pantylines around the top of your legs. So ladies, even if you finally receive your goods, I fear you will be terribly disappointed. I received the email that said my item was shipped Nov. 12th. No replies to emails. Phone no good. Today I messaged them through Facebook and got an immediate response. I asked for a refund, and they said they couldn't because it had "already shipped." I was told because the item was so popular it could take 3 - 4 weeks to receive the item, which I thought odd since I was just told it had already shipped. I then asked for a tracking number, and they said they'd check. (I am suspicious for all the already stated reasons by everyone in this thread, and because if they knew it had shipped then why did they then have to "check" for a tracking number. Either it was shipped or it wasn't.) I was given a tracking number which I checked and it states the item shipped from China, which I suppose could account for the several weeks to arrive (I have no idea, I don't regularly order from China) but regardless of that - the USPS tracking number says this package is currently in Connecticut - if this is a real tracking number for my order that is really coming to my address. I do not trust them at all and will never order from them again. I still do not know if this is a scam, I guess I'll track the package and wait. I told them they should send a tracking number with their email that the item had shipped. I told them their company is being reported all over the web as a scam. Deal Empire takes your money, IMMEDIATELY sends an e-mail that it shipped, but then when you ask about your tracking #, you get someone saying "you will get it in a different e-mail" then you never hear from them again. I tried the "Live Chat" on their site and the ONE TIME it was actually up & running, when I put in my Order #, they disappeared! But beware, after I received my refund, they blocked my e-mail, which I was fine with since I won't use this scam company again anyway. Hope this helps!

I ordered a waist trainer on Oct. 8th and money was taken out of my account on Oct. 11th for $26.90. I never received a tracking number no product and they do not have a contact number to even check on your order.
Want my money or the waist trainer that I ordered and never received. That did not have a problem taking my money out my account.

I ordered the curlformers hair curlers from this so called site that was what i thought was legit for $34! it's been 2 weeks now and have never received anything. Scam, scam, scam!!! now that i see all these other people have been scammed too, i'm so ashamed of myself! i knew it was too good to be true. Will be calling my bank in the morning to dispute this. Sent an order # confirmation and all but no product. Buyer beware!! it was advertised on my page feed on facebook and i bought in to it...Never again!!

I FINALLY received these curlers and they came inside a bag. I opened the bag and inside was a plastic bag with 18 rollers (not as many as implied on the picture on the website/video) and half of them are like 3 inches long and not long enough to curl my daughters hair. This bag was on top of a folded "As Seen on TV" box with very broken english instructions and the instructions are for a perm?!?!?

I ordered the body shaper panty on october 13, 2016. They charged my card but did not receive a email. You can't even get info on them. I will never order again from this company.

I placed an order over the internet with TheDealEmpire.com via Facebook on Oct 26 in the amount of $59.95. Later that very same day I received an email form thedealempire stating my order was on the way. On Oct 31 I emailed thedealempire to inquire about tracking my order because I had no idea what was going on with it. I received no reply. On Nov 2 I contacted my credit card co and was informed no actions can be taken until after Nov 9 because 15 days have to pass before they will do anything to help me. Also my credit card co could not contact The Deal Empire. I want this scam company to return my money and be prevented from scamming others!!

My story is identical to the rest. They confirmed my order, then send "your order is on it's way, check back here to track your order". Nothing after 2 wks and I've sent 4 requests for information. My credit card company provided me with a phone number. I tried it, and it's a cell phone in Florida. They have a message saying they are unavailable. I will call my credit card company back and have them dispute the order.

On October 8th I ordered the Slimming Belt which was $24.90 online, the funds came out of my checking account on 10/11/16. I never received the product. No tracking info and no number to get in touch with them. The only contact provided is an email and the box is full therefore my email got rejected.
I just want my money back. I ordered the slim firming underwear and received a number without a tracking number to check the status. Making sure my product was on it's way. That was Oct 24th they didn't have a problem taking the money why send the product. See this is why people are sceptical of buying items on line. Cause stupid a*s companies like this are lurking around. And it's crazy cause the address that is listed is at 1735 Caton Ave Brooklyn Ny. Complete idiot's.

I called my credit card and the money had already been taken from my account. Lucky my credit card com will pay me back for the charges. The next time I will google
the Company first to see if it is legit. First time I've been scam by ordering something.
I orderd from them as well on october 15. They took my money out of my account, sent me an email saying order is on the way on the 17th. I am still waiting. After reading all of these responses, I probably won't get my item or my money back.....

Saw the ad on Oct 19 2016 on face book ordered the item got an email the next morning stating that my order has been confirmed and that my order was being shipped. It is now Nov 3 2016 my mailman still did not bring my order I will be following the rest of the complaints and contacting my bank to see if I can get my money back. This is the worst. I needed the item for a upcoming cruise. This truly makes me sick. Don't buy anything from this rip off company.

I placed the order over a week ago and have no idea when to expect my order. I've tried emailing the info address posted on my receipt email and no one will respond. They sent me an email saying my order was accept and that my product is being shipped and that i can track my order, but when i go to the tracking site there is nothing there. I'm going to report this to my bank and try to get my money back. I found this site through facebook. I've never had this issue ordering from places off facebook before.

On 11/5/16 I tried to make an online purchase of some body shaper panties. I got an email with an order confirmation at that time.
On 11/7/16, there was a withdrawal from my checking account from deal empire. Today is 11/23/16 and to date I have received no product, nor communication. There was an email stating I could track my purchase but there was no tracking information available.
I have tried to private message, email with no response. I have not wasted my time trying to call but I see that several sites have posted scam alerts for this business (if you can call it that). I have reported this site to Facebook as well, as that is where I saw it. I am going to talk to my bank about this transaction. Fortunately it was only 25$ and some change and not more, but it's still a ripoff.. I used my debit card and the card has now been cancelled. Thanks for the hassle of that too, DEAL EMPIRE..
Unfortunately, at this point have given up on trying to sink these losers. I hope that KARMA comes at them with a vengence as I'm tired of leeches like this trying to suck the blood out of hard working Americans. Get a legitimate JOB losers.

On October 10, 2016 while on Facebook, I ordered from The Deal Empire. They were advertising the Slim Panty. I purchased 2 which I have not received or heard anything from them. There's no way to telephone or email them. I paid a total of 44.85. Payment was cleared on the October 11, 2016.

I ordered 2 panty shapers 2 weeks ago and nothing. Not even an email saying it has shipped. I have now sent them 2 emails. They last one I threatened to report them to the authorities if my money was not refunded. We need to do something to get this pitiful "company" shut down! I can't even imagine how many people they have scammed out of their money. They got $63 cad from me...... I'm not impressed!
They took the money from my account for my product and sent a confirmation email. That was Oct 10th. Still no product or tracking number.

are going to get and receive only an email stating they're sending your item.
The receipt they send you says you can track your item and that is not true.

I ordered from The Deal Empire after seeing their ad on FB on 11/7/2016. To date, 11/23/2016, I have received no product. on 11/10/2016, got a confirmation from them that my order was being processed. I received no info other than that and no tracking #. I contacted Visa and they along with me, attempted to call their # - 949-535-5243 many times and either it is busy or rings forever. I have also written numerous emails to them @ [email protected] and never have received an answer. I have also informed FB and since I ordered, I no longer see their ad on FB.
I purchased a belly shaper from this company, i received a confirmation email from them telling me the product is on the way but its been more than three weeks nothing has been received. Tried to contact them on numerous occasions, only received a reply for my first email with a tracking number which kept saying product not tracked when checked and since then I havent received any information nor any reply. The bank is trying to get my money back to me as thats the only solution now. I wished i checked properly before placing this order.

You can contact this company via instant messenger, that is how I was able to get through and get a response I had to threaten to report them to the BBB and ask my bank to reverse the charges and investigate them. Lo and behold I received a response from them finally giving me a tracking number through a company called 17Track All in One tracking. That was Oct.27th according to the tracking website the package was in transit from China, that was Oct.28th. Today Nov.4th they are giving me the same info in transit from China. Beware purchasing from these Asian countries as well. My bank was good enough to reverse my money back. I am going to send them this site to further substantiate my claim of fraud against this company.
